"We are so disappointed in Klein plumbing. This is the third company we called over the past 3 weeks. One didn’t answer the phone, the other didn’t fix the job and we were hoping Klein plumbing would be our go to company. We have a few rental properties and need a company we can depend on. We made an appointment a week in advance on a Monday we were contacted Friday to confirm the appointment for after noon on Monday. The tenant had to be there because of their dog . Everyone is waiting for this plumber and finally we call the office at 3:16 to be told we were next on the list. We live 20 minutes away so we go to the house to wait. Of course the tenant is irate because of having to be home 3 Monday’s in a row . We wait and wait we call again 4:29, knowing they close at 4:30. The dispatcher at first says “He’s not there yet” then she says HE WENT HOME!!!!! What in the world??? We really wanted to have a local company now I guess we will have to start all over and hire a big company. Total lack of communication and professionalism !!!"
