Description of Work: Mr. Bunting completed a bathroom remodel March 2015. He tore out an old metal tub and ceramic tile surround and installed a tile shower and glass shower enclosure. Six months later we had a termite inspection done and we found that the sub floor underneath the shower was leaking water through the shower floor. We called Mr. Bunting and got no response. We ended up having to have the shower ripped out by another contractor and he found that the rubber pan was not installed by Mr. Bunting causing the shower floor to leak through to the subfloor.
