They were very reasonable, they cleaned up everything that they cut down and took it all away. They were very helpful and very positive. I would use them again. I had checked some other companies as well and they were the most reasonable.

Next day service was a surprise. They came on time, worked hard, we're extremely pleasant and cleaned up meticulously. It could not have gone better.

The Cain team worked well together and removed the trees without causing any collateral damage. The stumps were grounded down and the team leveled the stump chips and cleaned up all debris before leaving. I was very please with the work performed.

Company was very professional and punctual. Came out and gave estimate before work was done. Took out a water oak that was hanging over my house and ground stump. Tree was in the middle of established landscaping and they removed with very little damage to other landscaping. I was very pleasantly surprised. The clean-up was extraordinary.They raked and blew as if they were a yard service!! This company was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. I have used them twice since the initial tree was removed for smaller jobs. Would highly recommend.

efficient, clean, and within quote as far as tree work. Also requested some basic yard work be done but have not heard back, I think tree work is their nitch.

Mr. Cain came out right away when I called for an estimate. I needed trees trimmed that were hanging over my house and some that were over my pool. I called him back a few days later and said it's a go he said he would have a crew there the following day at 8 a.m.. They arrived that day on time and worked til the job was complete. It was an excellent crew and they were very knowledgeable about their work. My trees look wonderful and I have sun on my pool and lawn again, and I can actually use my fireplace. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did a great job!

Called on 1/7/13.. Steve Cain called me back and arranged to come by the next day to give me an estimate on trimming several trees. The main one being a beautiful shaped oak tree in front that was too low. I wanted to have it trimmed by someone who would keep the beautiful shape as much as possible. The others in back were minor. Steve came out as he said 1/8/13 and gave me an estimate for $750. He said he would try to get here the next day. The weather was iffy. He called 1/9/13 around 11 am and came with his crew and got the job done. They did a beautiful job and got it done and cleaned in a short amount of time because he had enough people helping. They had everything done by 2 pm. Worth every penny!

I'm renovating an old home & had no idea it would cost so much. Cain's was the only tree service that would attempt to remove my tress & they were pricey!!!! $3100 for the OAK; $1900 for the Elm; $575 for trimming two magnolia trees; $110 for trimming a city tree bordering my property; $175 applying for a permit. Several pieces of big equipment was there. It was amazing to watch; everyone around either stopped or came to watch. There was a big crowd. I don't know how the guy cutting the tree stayed in the bucket, or how they cut down 2 big trees in such a tight spot around other homes & power lines. They did an awesome job & removed two very difficult & dangerous tress. The crew was experienced, professional, & they ground both stumps; removed dead wood, & cleaned up,

These guys are awesome! Returned phone calls promptly came over for written estimate when they said they would were very nice and personable. Set up a time to have a very large water oak removed and stump ground. When they returned they were on time quick, and super tidy. No collateral damage to landscape and you literally could not tell where the tree was. There work was superb and cost exactly what they had quoted. My neighbors were so impressed, they are going to hire them as well. I will definitely use them again.

Steve Cain is the owner. One of our neighbors got his card and gave it to us. His people were very professional and knew what they were doing. We had two tree services over before him and they declined to do the work because power lines were down. He said they didn't have problems working with live wires because he used to work for the power company so they knew a little bit about power lines. He is a great guy. We had rain 3 days later and he said that he couldn't work any further so he got mad and called a friend of his with the power company and got the power lines taken care of. His guys were better than people that do ice sculptures; they were terrific. It was an excellent, excellent experience. I would absolutely use them again.

He was a nice guy but the price was very exorbitant. He wanted to charge per hour and that made the price too high.

The service was real good. They did a great job. They were quick and professional. It only took them about an hour to cut down a pretty large pine tree. They left everything looking good when they left.

Mr. Cain arrived on time, did exactly the work agreed upon and cleaned up nicely. Very easy to work with.

Cain's people were punctual, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about trees. They did exactly what I wanted and what we discussed ahead of time. They cleaned up afterward and even cut up the wood into manageable sizes so I can use it for firewood this winter.

I called and requested an estimate, and Mr. Cain came out to give it as scheduled within a day or so. My neighbor and I agreed on the spot to split the estimated cost ($1000) and Mr. Cain said they could do the job the next day (or maybe 2 days later, don't remember). They showed up as scheduled, performed the work in a professional manner, and by 5 that afternoon there was no sign (other than a little sawdust) that the tree, or the crew) had ever been there.
