I think he had to drive about an hour to get here. It was good. Steve was very thorough in explaining his process. He was prompt in returning calls. He made me feel good about the work that he was going to be doing and that our carpet would be in good hands. His price was a little high but he said that going in, that he was not the cheapest. He was here for a long time.

They did an amazing job, outcome was great. Customer service is amazing. The difference in the before and after it made my tile look like I replaced it. When he felt like my carpets didn't get clean enough the first time he did it a second time.

I found Act One on Angie's list. I was impressed with the reviews. I contacted Act One and received a visit from Mr. Hamiton that same day. He looked at the job and explained the process he would use to get my grout and area rug clean. On the schedule day of service he arrived with an assistant at the stated time. His work was excellent. He also guarantees your satisfaction. His services were very reasonably priced.

They were fine. They were prompt, they did the thing, and they left. They were good. I didn’t compare prices so it would be hard to say. I would recommend them.

I found Act One on Angie's list and then went to their website for more info. I was looking for someone to deep clean a home rather than just surface clean with detergent and a wet rag. The owner called me back and we arranged the first cleaning for a few of the rooms, especially the kitchen. I was really impressed with the initial work so I asked the owner to come back later to finish the rest of the home. The next time I need deep cleaning, I will definitely call Act One.

Mr. Hamilton replied quickly to my initial phone call to gather information. He gave me an estimate for work to be done before he began and made no attempt to "up the ticket" with protectors and deodorizers, which was a refreshing change! he thoroughly cleaned my carpet and was very polite and professional. There is no comparison between Act One and the big company, "hurry in and hurry out, we have another job to get to" guys. He took his time to go over all areas very well for cleaning and just as important, water extraction. My carpets were dry in 4 hours instead of the usual 8 to 10 that it takes when the other guys do it. I would highly recommend Act One and will definitely use them again!

Mr. Hamilton of Act One Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our carpet in bedrooms, carpet in motorhome, and den furniture. I talked with someone at the company on Thursday about what I wanted done. Mr. Hamilton was at my house the next morning at 9:00. He is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very personable in working with me to achieve the best possible rate for the jobs I wanted done. The den furniture looked like new and the carpet in the motorhome looked amazing. The rooms were left with a very pleasant smell and sparkling carpet and furniture. Called this company and got an appointment the same day. The owner came on time and was very nice and professional. He explained to me that he was not like other carpet cleaning companies and he did not have to rush. He stated he was here to clean my carpets and no matter how long it took he would do the best job that he could. He took his time and treated the spots and did a very good job. My carpet almost looked new. He guarantees his work and is very reliable. I would definately use this company again. The thing I love the most is that my house now smells so much fresher and the carpets were dry within just a few hours. Normally it takes at least a day for the carpets to dry. He did such a wonderful job all the way around. The service that I got for the money was excellent, a fantastic value.
