+ -1 moreThis relates to the one time we used this company, but we would gladly call them again. At the time, we had a houseguest staying with us who had a bad habit of coming in late, helping himself to something from the refrigerator, then failing to close the door completely. After this happened several times (with a lot of good food being thrown away), the cooling mechanism completely failed and we had to consider either buying a new refrigerator or making a potentially expensive repair. Grady Sewell was recommended to us by a fellow church member. He came over at what probably would have been the end of his workday, and spent about two hours working on what was obviously a difficult and uncomfortable repair. We've had no problems with the refrigerator since (we sent the houseguest packing shortly afterward - just a coincidence, I'm sure).

Description of Work: Our heating quit working upstairs. We contacted one company which told us that the unit would have to be replaced. We decided to contact Sewell Service for a second opinion and were told that a valve needed to be replaced to repair the unit. Needless to say we were thrilled to find it could be repaired instead of having to replace a new unit that was only 7 years old. Our unit is working great. We also had our washing machine and toilet overflow. We called Sewell again and they came immediately and repaired both. I highly recommend Sewell Service and will certainly call them for any repairs in the future.

+ -1 moreAs far as I know, they have done a good job. They put in a thermostat and that was a good while back. We needed a new one. They check our heating and AC unit. They always inspect the Freon. The price covers two trips for them to come out. I pay that by the month.
Description of Work: We had a contract with them to come out and check out the Heating and AC unit. We stuck with them because they let us make everything in payments. We appreciated their help.

+ -1 moreWhat I really liked was he was very concerned about fixing the problem. He didn't nickel and dime me to death and he was interested in my problem because it was fairly unique. He really knew air conditioning. I would definitely use his services again in the future.
