I have used Vulcan for over 17 years. They do a very good job with my termite inspection, and it makes me feel better knowing that if anything should happen with termites, they will come out and fix the problem. I have no problems at all with them, and its nice to know if I ever need them they will come right out.

I really liked that when they come out to do the termite inspection that there is no high pressured sales pitch to get me to buy stuff that I don't need. Once they have done the inspection they bring me the results and let me decide myself whether I want to do more, or just stay with the inspection.

I really like the people that come out for Vulcan because they are always courteous and on time. They apparently do a good job because I haven't seen any bugs since they have been spraying. I have been using them for quite a few years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

The termite inspector was very nice. He did a thorough job and he left a diagram of the property that he inspected. He called before he came and he was right on time. I would highly recommend this inspector.

We have switched to Vulcan in the last couple of years because of the savings it has provided for us. They do just as good of a job, but for about twenty percent less than any other company we researched. They also seem to have a better process for insect eradication. They inform us of their visits and have done an excellent job keeping our home termite free. We made a good decision when we called Vulcan.

This was a good company. The service guy that came out did a good job of spraying around the inside and the outside of my home. It only took him about thirty minutes to do his work. I was glad that it wasn't a big inconvenience to me at all. The guy was courteous and friendly.

I have been extremely lucky so far. I haven't had any issues with termites yet, but I feel safer knowing Vulcan Termite and Pest Control are going to come out every year and keep it that way. The people from Vulcan Termite and Pest Control are extremely professional, and I am very happy to know they use pet friendly chemicals, which are very important to me.

As far as we could tell they did what was needed and did it professionally. It wasn't just a walk through they get very thorough and checks everywhere you can possibly imagine. Our home hasn't run into the termite problems, but with them it's safe to know they would catch it in time, if it did. We liked the way they took care of us.
