Was very happy with ease of use scheduling appointment. Everyone was friendly and responsive. My issue resolved around tech at appointment time explaining to me I purchased the wrong shower faucets and then taking my $79 service fee. I get it that I purchased the wrong equipment but I live 10 minutes from that supply house the tech suggested. His final response before leaving was that they would be more than happy to return and there would be another $79 service fee. How about next time when the tech calls a customer before coming to home and you speak about problem. Ask customer what equipment they purchased before they arrive. This way at least the customer has time to make sure they have the correct equipment and I have not wasted my day off and $79 service fee.
