Shane traced my problem to overflow of septic tank, and recommended that I have septic tank work done. He did not try to get me to have unecessary plumbing work done. Ben Franklin Plumbing responded with same-day service and sent a skilled plumber who understood my problem and did not try to cash iin by selling me services I didnâ t need. Thanks Shane!

Kyle Hooper came out and did a video inspection of our sewer system for us and went the extra mile to get the job done. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a job that other plumbers weren't able to do. I would be very happy to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Birmingham again when the need arises.

Although Shane was unable to fix the issue with the shower door, he noticed a problem with the flapper in the toilet tank and fixed it. If further plumbing issues occur, I will call & ask for Shane. Shane is a true gentleman & an excellent representative for you company
