Great customer service and Great Plumming service!!!!

Friendly

Service technician was friendly and courteous. He did the job quickly. The pilot went out some time after he left and when we noticed it hours later someone came back out , re-lit it, inspected it within 30 minutes. I was impressed.

Identified problem and had it fixed same day. Have already called them again as we opted to get the maintenance plan. Cuts the inspection cost and cost of work.

Shane has completed several projects for me. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted Ben Franklin after another company kept putting me off for a month. It was always "we're booked up now, maybe next week." But Ben Franklin (BF) immediately sent someone to give me a free estimate. The price was close to the other company so I went with BF and they started the project immediately. The original plan was to just clean out the line between my home and the city sewer system. They began Feb. 1, but they discovered major problems where my pipes meet the city's. It involved digging up the street and completely replacing my pipes. BF coordinated with the city, so I didn't have to do it. It was a major job and they worked all day in a cold, constant rain. When they had not completed the job by Friday, Feb. 5, I figured we would be without plumbing the entire weekend, but they surprised us by showing up early Saturday morning and worked all day, once again in a cold rain, and completed the job that night because, according to the crew chief, they wanted us to finally have plumbing that works. Shane kept me constantly updated along the way. Friendly, professional crew. Good work. I hope this review isn't too long but other plumbing companies I've dealt with don't seem real interested in actually working! Ben Franklin, however, is eager to work. I'm happy to enthusiastically recommend Ben Franklin.

First time to use this company and a great experience. Tech was friendly and fully explained the problem and the suggested repair. Fully disclosed price prior to repair. Work was neat and fast. Will use them again!

Michael was professional and was able to tell me exactly what needed to be repaired and how to get the material from the dealer for a quick fix. He let me know that down the line I would need to replace the item. I was impressed at how quick he located the issue. I would like to have him when time comes to replace.

You could sign up for a once a year service and they will come out and inspect your pipes, water heaters etc,,,
