My first use of Angie's list. Signed up last week, not knowing I'd need to find a septic tank service company this soon, due to nasty sewage backing up into all downstairs toilets, tubs & showers (gross!). Went with this outfit because they had best & most reviews. I was not disappointed. Nice lady in office took my call at 8 AM Monday and said they could get to me same day. Estimated about 2-3 PM. They arrived right about 2 PM - just as she estimated, after calling me 30 min before as I requested. 3 good guys arrived in their "Stool Bus" (lol- that's what it SAID on the side of the tank!), ready to dig. Even though it was pouring rain, they got after it, and found where our septic tank was in about 1 minute (we didn't know the tank's location in this house that is new to us). 15 minutes of digging later and the big truck was chugging loudly, pumping out our septic tank. After about 45 minutes, they asked us to flush the toilets, and to our relief, they flushed like new! The price quoted was $250, but they offered a 10% first time customer coupon, making the cost only $225, and worth every penny! This outfit is great, and I'd definitely use them again.

These people are not called reliable for nothing. They saved me a fortune.I purchased a forclosure home a couple of months ago. As you know you get what other people have damaged. Last week I had plumbers, painters, electricians, tilers to name a few in my home. This was on Friday. By Saturday my toilet began to overflow..I have two upstairs and one down. I noticed that when I ran water upstairs the below toilet began to bubble and start to overflow..but didnt..I left Jason a message on Angies List this Sat asking for help on Monday..He called me 30 min later and I explained what was happening..He said he was booked did I think it could wait till Tuesday..I said sure I will have people stop running water and it did seem to go down over Sunday..then today on Monday I get a franic call from my painters who were staying at the house (I had not moved in yet) and the toilets were backing up and overflowing...well on the next Wed 3 days in the future I was paying $3000 to have my hardwood floors refinished...and now there was going to be sewer water all over them..In a panic I call Jason got a recording and left him a message...then called his office 5 min later and his office lady told me she had been paged and they would stop what they were doing and be right out..I was way out in Chelsea..The sump truck personnel called me 10 min later asking for directions...in 30 min they were at my house....they looked around I had no idea where the septic tank was located but they found it in about 5 min and started digging..3 guys digging knew exactly where it was...so they pulled the top open and it was to the brim..this is a 91 house and probably never had the septic tank emptied..they tank was emptied but the toilets still would not flush without overspilling..so they used a snake and found a clogged rag and paper way up in the pipe..they pulled the other side up to check the water spill area put the tops back on filled back up with dirt racked it and said $375....yes $375 to stop what they were doing and come fix my septic tank..they could have said $800 and I wouldnt have known the difference never having owned a septic tank and this was my emergency not theirs.....what a deal..all three men were very professional, nice and never for a moment acted like I put them out..this was an exceptional day and I dealt with exceptional people...go no further..these people are honest and will treat you right...Thanks to them my floors are not ruined...

They came on time and were friendly and professional. They reduced the price when they found out there was not a grease trap. Everything was well done and I would definitely use them again.

I showed up at the end of the pump. The workers informed me of two bad septic tank lids and offered to replace on the spot.

Call Reliable Septic after finding them on Angie's List. Verified that they service our area. This was on Monday. Tuesday, received call back and Jason told me b/c the next day was a holiday it would be Thursday before he could come out. Thursday went by with no contact from Reliable. Friday afternoon I called them to ask when they would be coming to our house. Jason called back Friday telling me he was on vacation but did not want his office personnel to know. Assured me he would be there Saturday before 5 pm. Jason called Saturday telling me he was having boat problems and would come Sunday... No show on Sunday. Jason called during the next week to tell me he had been by my house and found no problems. He would be back out later in the week to run dye through the system. Another (very helpful) man called Friday and was having trouble locating the house. Jason was not able to tell his employee what the very distictive driveway to our lakehouse looked like (which concerned me). The man asked me where our septic tank was located ( I am thinking since Jason has already been there and opened the tank it should be obvious). Helpful empployee called back letting us know he found the source of the smell with only a visial inspection of the tank. Was not the experience I was hoping for.

Very responsive, they came the day after I called. I wasn't home but my husband said they were nice, fast, and professional. I also have a friend who used them who said they were great and very honest.

Everything was done exactly according to the price and procedure explained on the telephone. The service rep was very professional and courteous.

The overall job went really,really smoothly--they came and cleaned out the tank, then returned with substantial equipment for placing the additional line, which had to run around the pool, avoid electrical conduit already in the ground, while keeping dirt out of the pool and grading the line ... They did it all within a few days of initial contact, which was great--as we are working within a deadline to get concrete poured over everything, and for an exceptional price. There were no problems, hazards, hardships or surprises. Their name says it all: Reliable. Will upload pictures as soon as possible. Great Service!

Water was seeping from my septic tank and flooding my back yard. Not only was this a surprise expense, it required immediate attention! I called a list of plumbers and septic services before finding Reliable Septic Service and Jason. Not only were they the most reasonable priced, they were able to squeeze me in same day! Jason called me to let me know when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them. They were very professional, finished the job quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. Jason truly cares about his customers and ! will definitely use them again! I would recommend this company to anyone!
