Arrived promptly. Service providers were courteous and professional. Very pleasant experience.

It was great! they communicated well, were prompt in arriving, and professional in the work. I had a bucket under the sink to catch leaky drain water. when he was finished, it was water tight. awesome job

They did a great job and checked to make sure everything was working and nothing was leaking before leaving.

The plumber arrived on time and competed the task in a timely manner. About three (3) hours later I noticed their appeared to be a small leak at the supply line to the toilet, in the area where the fill valve assembly is fastened to the toilet. We called Edwards and discovered they had closed for the day but another plumber was dispatched, after hours, anyway. He arrived about one hour after the call. He disassembled the fill valve and discovered the rubber seal (gasket) was defective. He installed a new fill valve assembly. He also said the supply line looked a little too old for his liking so he replaced the supply line as well. No charge, even for the new supply line. He was very courteous and apologized for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend Edwards to others and will use them again in the future. I think the best judge of a company is how they handle situations when things go wrong. This company knows how to take care of their customers!

They arrived on time. Worked diligently and kept me informed about progress and cost. They were friendly. They cleaned up after themselves.

Everything done to perfection. There is a reason why we have relied, exclusively, on Edwards for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs for more than 30 years. Everything they do is focused on helping their customers. There are always there when I call. I always get a polite, and more important, an accurate answer to my every question. The come as quickly as they can. Not only do they confirm the appointment with a phone call before they arrive, they always arrive on time. They are the kindest people in this business. They truly respect our home and clean up after themselves completely. Other plumbing companies should keep a picture of Edwards Heating and Plumbing on their wall to remind them of what they should be like. The only reason the amount of money is shown as zero is because we haven't yet received the bill. But we have always found them not only reasonable, but a great investment in our home.

I called them to get an estimate on replacing the drain in the bathtub which had corroded so badly that the tub developed a slow leak and would not hold water for more than an hour. They arrived on time for the estimate and provided one that I thought was acceptable. They scheduled a repair for the next week and arrived promptly. They were done in less than 30 minutes. The were professional and pleasant to do business with. Their price was actually less for the repair than for the quote. I wouldn't expect that every time but, in this case, it didn't take them long to do the repair and they had no problems They were prompt, courteous, professional, and honest. You can't beat that.

We had a gas leak in our new home and had to turn off the gas. They had worked on the gas under the previous owners, but came back to the house anyways (the same day I called), fixed the leak, and didn't charge us anything. We were able to get our gas back on the same day. They were friendly, prompt, efficient, and hard working. We will definitely use them if we need any work done on the pipes done in the future.

We have used them so many times, but our last project was to install a new sink. They showed up on time and were meticulous in every way. They even clean up after themselves and seem to give priority to established customers. There's even a special phone line to reach them after normal hours.

Their service personnel has always been professional, on time and trustworthy. I would use this company again and recommend them.

I had dealt with them before and when I called them I was in the hospital and just had surgery. It could have been a bother but it wasn't. They told me not to worry about it and they would get some out right now. They took care of everything for me.

I liked about them was that I had a complaint. The first guy came and he could see anything and I couldn’t reconstruct as to what was wrong. Then I called them again, they came right out and had no complaints or anything. I talked to the dispatcher and they said that they were here before and I said that he couldn’t find the leak. So they came back, turned the tub and solved that. The leak has disappeared. They are very responsive. They came in the afternoon and they finished the work in two hours. They were very professional as they didn’t dirty up the place. It was raining and when I told them to come in, they very particular in excusing them off the door and were very professional. I have used them twice in the last four years.

They were efficient. We found the service very satisfactory. The price was good, they installed the new water heater and did it quickly and efficiently.

They did fine work but the problem was when the unit died literally 5 days after warranty expiration Edwards refused to repair it under warranty. I expected more from Edwards.

They explained what they did and gave hints on how to prevent it in the future.

They came on time looked at the problem and conquered it. Great honest people, concerned about the quality and manner of their work. Hard to find better. . .

The outdoor unit of our central AC stopped running. I called Edwards and they responded the same day. The technician got the unit running again and thought he knew what had caused the problem, but he couldn't be sure since the unit was running again. He asked me to call him back if the unit did stop again. I did so the next day, and another technician responded the same day. He also believed he knew what the problem was and provided a temporary fix until he was absolutely sure. He then called me back in a few days to ascertain that the unit was still operating properly, and when I indicated it was he came back and made a permanent fix for the problem. I was expecting that I would have to replace the whole unit since it is 15 years old, and I had to replace my primary unit two years ago. The contractor who replaced my primary unit two years ago also inspected this unit and said I should go ahead and replace it as well since it was about to go also. Instead it has operated fine until this problem appeared, and I appreciate the fact that Edwards did not even mention replacing the unit until I asked about it at which time they simply indicated that there was no need to replace it at this point. This is an honest and professional company, and I highly recommend them.
