Be wary when looking for a plumber. I contacted Edwards Plumbing and Heating for quote to install a second shower head. I was charged an $85 service fee for the quote. Over a week later, I still have not received my quote. I contacted Edwards Plumbing and Heating to ask for a refund on service fee for the quote (since I didn’t receive it) and they told me they would ONLY IF I removed a review I gave them on google. They expressed it was my responsibility to follow-up with them, not theirs to follow-up with me.

Have used for AC and plumbing repairs. Prompt, reasonably priced and knowledgeable service reps (specifically for a zoned AC system).

My experience with Edwards was great! They showed up on time and were pleasant to deal with. My technician did a good job explaining the problem with my unit and the two ways he could deal with it that would be the most economical for me and made the most sense given the overall age and condition of my system. They are the best AC guys in town and are an honest, hard working, dependable company.

They did a good job putting it in. They were competitive. I called a lot of people. They were fine. They did a good job putting it in, but then after that they started slacking off. Their punctuality was good. If they say they're coming, they're coming. I haven't had any problems in years. I might not call them again, because I have not been happy with the unit. When I called them they said "Yeah some of our other customers were not happy either." It's a Trane and the Trane people won't answer me either.

A technician promptly came out to our rental home after our tenant complained that the central heat was not blowing consistently warm air. The technician performed a diagnostic and cleaned a sensor for a very reasonable price. Since we live 5 hours away, we were very grateful for this pleasant experience.

Called for an appointment on Friday. They showed up at the appointed time. Found they needed to order a part, did a temporary fix to stop the leak, promised to call back on Monday. They called at 9:30, made an appointment for 11:00, kept their appointment, fixed the leak. Excellent work. Professional. Friendly. Competent. Reasonable price. I can recommend them. Will u se them again.

Responded quickly and had the unit working within 30 minutes. Fast and efficient service.

They called to let me know that they could come earlier if I liked. Of course I took them up on that offer. They were timely and very professional. They completed the job quickly and explained what might have caused the problem and what we could do to avoid the problem in the future. Would definitely use them again! At the time when I scheduled the service, there was an offer from Angie's list and I was able to get a discount on the services performed!

Technician found the issue and made recommendation that fixed the problem

A/c Quit cooling Sunday afternoon. Called Monday around 7:20am, service person said they'd be here this day. I left for work but I forgot something and came back to the house. The Edwards truck was there 8:00am. Damon (Serviceman) said he'd have it fixed shortly. I told him to bring the bill in and I'd write a check. About 10 minutes later Air came on and Damon came in. I say ' How much? He Says "today is your lucky day It's covered under your A/C Units 10 year coverage". Never saw that coming. I HAVE NEVER HAD A SERVICE COMPANY RESPOUND SO QIUCK, WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN? Yes Service was Great. I was telling people at work and some of them felt the same way about Edwards and have always used them, because of dealings in the past.

They "inspected the HVAC system twice a year for 10 years. A week after the last inspection the system failed completely and we had to replace it.

Came early, worked fast and for the cost pre-quoted.

Second time that I've used Edwards Plumbing & Heating. Outstanding jobs both times with reasonable costs.

Charlie Edwards originally quoted me to replace my AC unit and/or furnace in May when the evaporator coil started to leak. At that time, Edwards refilled the unit with freon and told me it could last all summer since the leak was small. He also told me that his quote was reasonable and he encouraged me to get competing bids. He also offered to just replace the evaporator with a new coil that could later be upgraded to the new refrigerant if I wanted to save money. He really did map out all the options for me. The AC did last another 5 months unit the end of October. During that time, I got quotes from at least 4 other HVAC companies. Edwards original price quote was about $1000 cheaper than the next best quote for identical equipment. Due to the way my house is insulated, I needed a high efficiency furnace. Unlike the other contractors, Edwards price premium for the 95% unit was very reasonable. Also, they included the upgraded communicating thermostat where others had that as a $400 upgrade. They arrived on time and did a professional installation. Their installers were very nice people who have worked for Edwards for many years. The new unit (a Goodman) is very quiet, works great, and has a long warranty. I am very happy with it.

This service included 3 visits over a 2-day period. The plumber, Mario, did an outstanding job replacing the valves and installing the new sink. Mario [and assistant] knew his craft, worked efficiently, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after the job. Without any hesitation I would recommend Edwards Plumbing, especially if Mario is doing the work!

Took a little while to find supply line entrance due to having a basement. Had to go under 2 sidewalks and dig a hole around 6 feet deep. Price initially seemed high, but for the amount a work probably reasonable. However, the 10% coupon on Angie's list was not valid. Should have conditions on the coupon so there are no surprises. Other than that, very satisfied.

They did plumbing work and the person who came was efficient but i was not at the house when the work was done. The price was reasonable.

Plumber arrived promptly - very professional. The installation was done perfectly and he cleaned up the work area before leaving. I appreciated that he also took the time to answer my questions about some other plumbing issues in our old house and gave suggestions for future improvements. Excellent work overall.

Very well. Came out and reviewed broken HVAC, recommended 2 units for us to choose from and installed the one selected.

Circuit breaker outside the house next to air conditioner was failing. Edwards team was already on site doing a repair. They offered to replace the breaker and had one on the truck. Part costs $10. Takes 4 screws and 3 minutes to change it, and they charged me $120. I complained and talked to management at central office that this was gouging, but they claim it is their rate. I had bought 3 air conditioners from them in the past and used them for service for 5 years. I dropped them after this despite quality work. Small stuff and attitude of the company matters.6607

Actually arrived and started work before appointment time. Plumber and helper were personable and obviously competent. What was expected to be a relatively minor project turned out to be much more involved but there was no break in work. Needed specialty tool and supplies were delivered to work site by another truck. Service providers didn't seem to mind me hanging out and looking over their shoulders. I enjoyed their company and they were good at explaining the what and why. Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided but thought the cost was high.

All went well. Repairman & helper were on time. Work was done expediently and they had everything they needed to do the repair/installation. With that being said, I do think $204.00 was a little much for the two things he did and the short amount of time it took to do them.

They were very effiecient and prompt. The service was great and they really took care of us.
