The system was installed in 1992 and has been maintained by Chastain since then. Excellent service and reliability over the years.

My experience with them was pretty good. I don't really have much to compare the price to. They are a smaller company so it takes a little longer. They showed up when they said they would.

My experience with this company was outstanding! Wayne initially came by my home and completed a top to bottom evalaution of my home's heating and A/C requirements. He never tried to sell me something I did not need and more importantly answered all my questions. He provided numerous options to update my home's equipment along with the pros and cons of each option. After choosing, we set a date for the work to begin. Over a four day period, he along with two of his crew replaced my home's 22 year old ducting, installed (IAW building code) pathways in my attic spaces, removed my old second floor heating and A/C units, and replaced them modern units. It has only been a month, but I can see already savings in my gas/electricity bills. I plan on having his team return to replace my first floor units later this summer. I know my home presented some challenges and his team took their time to complete the job right. Over the past 5 months, I have worked with several trades/companies on a few large projects as I update my 22 year old home. Chastain's quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail has been one my best experiences to date. I highly recommend you call Wayne and his team as you solicit bids on any heating and A/C work. He also gave me a referral to Tisdale Contractors (another terrifc company) who updated/corrected all my attic insulation, knee wall, and skylight insulation.

The main thing I liked about them is that they always followup at the job site so that you don’t have to spend extra time from work. You can leave the work and meet them at the location. I would use their services in the future too.

I called in the late morning and Chastain was able to come out to my house within 3 hours! Wesley and another worker came in and quickly got to work in my attic on the furnace. They fixed the problem within 30 minutes and offered to clean the furnace if I wanted. I declined the extra service, and then was presented with a professional looking invoice for a very fair price. I will certainly use them again if needed and recommend their services to anyone.

We have been Chastain customers for almost 20 years--they're always there when we need them (you don't want to be without air conditining in our climate in the summertime), and they know what they're doing.

He would come out the same day we called, even during the hottest days when he was very busy, sometimes it was late in the evening but he would get us running and cooled off. Then when the unit just could not be fixed anymore we bought a new unit from them. The price was reasonable and the unit was delivered within a couple of days and installed promptly. He is very pleasant and professional.
