Description of Work: Our hot water heater was old and apparently had a crack in the tank. BB said they would be out on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). My Dad waited half the day but they never arrived or called. Coincidentally it was during the Iron Bowl game (not saying they were watching it but...). Anyway, I called them and they offered to come out on Saturday, provide and estimate, and do the work if needed. They arrived as scheduled, gave an estimate and left. They gave the estimate ($2300) to my Dad and never called me about it (should be important since I am paying the bill). I asked if they could do the work that day. They checked with the plumber who said maybe Sunday but Monday was better. They said he was busy working emergency jobs. My Dad had been boiling water to bathe for two days already but this was not considered an emergency. I told them to forget it and called General Plumbing. They did the job for $770 - including a 10% military discount. Something that BB does not give. I will not call BB again.
