Technician Kendale Adams and his assistant Garry are extraordinary employees. My job was completed on 06/20/23, my husband and I truly satisfied with rerouting drain procedures.

It was excellent.

Drove from Huntsville to Montgomery for plumbing appointment which was scheduled for October 29, 2020. Their company failed to show up for appointment.

They are the creme de la creme of their service industry.

They did their typical superb job.

I'd give Bill Bradley Services an A on everything because I happen to use them for many, many, many years.

It had happened on a Sunday afternoon, probably about 6’ O clock and they came at 10 O’ clock the Monday morning. I don’t remember having to clean up after them but I don’t remember any details except that they were able to come very quickly. They fixed it and I haven’t had any problem since then.

This went very well, and the work was done at a fair price. The leak was difficult to locate since the raised slab has fill underneath. The workers installed new pipe that would expand and resist freezing and also fully insulated the new water lines. The work was done quickly and professionally. The cost was exactly as quoted and was reasonable for the amount of major work that had to be done.

Long story short - Professional but pricey! Originally I was told that a fee of $60 (truck fee) would be deducted from the total charges for services and repairs. However the technician said differently. So, I called the office and got nowhere until I asked for the owner who, of course, was unavailable. I then, told them that I knew that they were on Angie's List and that I would certainly write a review stating everything that happened with this visit. Only then did she instruct the technician to waive the $60 fee and quot;just this one time she saidand quot;. The repair was done but not without a fight for fairness. BE AWARE!

The wife called Bill Bradley Plumbing because we had spend over $10,000 with them last Apruil when they replaced both our AC units. Service there was good. They sent a plumber who estimated that to replace the plastic parts of ttwo commodes, replace two sink fixtures and pull oot one commode and reset it (it had been loose for 20 years), that the cost would be wrell over $1,000 plus cost of sink fixtures. The estimate was ajoke- so high. The plumber stated that to resent the commode was very expensive because the had to replace some pipe (probably not so). The wife called back and said that we could not afford such high costs but that we would buy our own faucet fixtures and they could put thiose in and the plastic part of the commodes. They came out, did the work. Less than a week later one of the commodes flushing device brok and wer could not even find the part use to connect it to the handle. I fixed it with a twist tye off a bread package and it lasted a week. We called then to come back and they did to refix the commode (this is real rocket science stuff). Then we got the credit card charges and they had charged over $800 for the services. My wife protested annd they argued that they had a fixed price and she had been shown it. She did not recall seeing any list only the original sky-high estimate I(again based on pulling and resetting the expensive 20 year old commode). She persisted and finally they called back and said that the women who now owns the service (Bill Bradley, who owned the service died several years ago) would give her a $200 discount. She accepted. The whole deal is rotten. Their prices are SKY-HIGH!! BEWARE!ll

The plumber was very nice and polite, but did not have the repair part he needed to repair my leaking faucet (surprising since I live in a fairly new house with pretty standard fixtures), so I had to take part of the afternoon off twice in one week in order to get a repair done that actually only required five minutes of the plumber's actual time. The total cost seemed moderately high, too, even assuming a minimum hourly rate.

They come 24 hours a day and are prompt. Their work has always been good. I would give their responsiveness an A+.

The workers arrived within three hours after I made the call. They were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and made the repairs that were needed. They cleaned up after themselves....I could not even tell anyone had been in my bathroom. Then they also said they needed to replace the inner workings in the toilet tank, which were actually fairly new. They wanted to charge $189 to do so...I can buy a kit at Home Depot and do it myself for $19. They also said they needed to replace the dripping water faucet outside, and would have to take bricks out of my wall to do so, and would not be responsible for replacing the bricks. They wanted to charge $240 for this. A dripping facuet can be fixed without taking the wall apart, also with a $30 kit from Home Depot. I declined both of these "repairs" and intended to do them myself. However, I have not needed to....there is no problem with the inside of the toilet tank at all, and the facuet has stopped dripping since they fixed the pipe. I don't know if they thought I didn't know any better because I am a woman alone, but I felt that they were suggesting repairs that did not need to be done, and were charging outrageous prices for them. I was very pleased with their work, and felt safe being alone in my home with them, but I was disappointed with what I thought of as their trying to take advantage of me.

We've used them before. Everything was great.

Two people always come. They are courteous and clean. I would use them in the future.

They are pretty good. They were very respectful of my home. They had to do a lot of digging in the yard and so it was kind of muddy. They always made sure that they removed their boots when they had to come into the house to avoid the mud from getting into the house. They were very prompt. We got estimates from several different companies before getting the work done and their estimate was not the lowest, but was one of the lowest. They have a really good reputation. I have used them before for several different things and they have always done very good work. I did have to wait a little bit, but it wasn’t extensive. They came on time. I would use their services in the future too.

We have had a lot of trouble with the unit, they were out here 5 times after instalation within 2 weeks. It has not preformed as we thought it should all along. We are replacing the system again in nine years, and when the new supplier came out to give us a quote, he noticed that the system was mis-matched. We had a 4 ton condenser, a 4 ton air handler and a 3 1/2 ton evaporator. After he was here, I checked the paper work and it indicated that he was correct.

Had been concerned for sometime about the amount of water leaking all over when I used the outside hoses. There was water damage to wood inside from the back leak and loose brick from the front. I called Bradley and they came the the day I called. The young man gave an estimate, I I told him to do the job. He was very careful and cleaned up completely.

Excellent. Always call ahead of time and make good appointments. Call before coming. Technicians excellent. Very careful about cleanliness in home. Complete work well. If there is a problem, they explain it well, what it will cost and how long it will take to complete.

Two young men came in my home, checked out the service to be performed(replacing my hot water heater), and quoted me how much the job would cost and how long ot would take..they didn't explain anything to me except to tell me that the brand hot water heater I wanted to replace my old one with was sub-standard..they could "order" one for me but it wasn't as good as the brand they sold...the price they quoted me was over TWICE the amount I got the same job done for locally with a smaller company...they also told me the job would take about half the day, and I got the job done in 2 hours by the local company..I will never contact this company again for anything!
