Description of Work: Good experience. Replaced five front windows on home. Initial visit went smoothly. Although waiting period from time of first visit to actual installation was lengthy, actual installation was faster than expected. Anticipated an all-day process that only took a few hours. Workers were competent and patiently answered my questions.

Description of Work: Replaced 9 windows with low-e windows. Also replaced rear exit door and frame with no-rot fiberglass door with built in blinds. Fabric hurricane shield was also installed for the rear door. The installers were very good and showed up when expected. My only complaint was that calls to the salesman and owner were not returned when the company had a timing problem with installation. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the windows and door.

Description of Work: Installed insulated siding, double pane, low e windows, and new double garage door and opener. The siding guys were exceptional, installation was perfect. Channing and Jim were the installers, out of Mobile. Window installers were just ok. Do not remember their names. Door installers were good. No complaints there. We are happy with the quality of all products from window world.

Description of Work: I had windows installed in my home. The installers were friendly and very accomodating. They worked from the time they got there until dark in order to finish the job in a timely manner. My windows look very nice and I am very pleased.
