I am a handicapped senior citizen. Glass sliding patio door installation is the worst anyone has seen. Installed over rotten door frame, not installed for finishing interior sheetrock, leaks, glass door not on track and won't open all the way, screen door falls off, missing latch parts, track pieces falling off.....tons of pics to be posted later.

I think the windows installed could have been sealed better. I expected a crew but only one guy came out. He told me that there would be an extra charge for 5 skylight windows. I would use them again. The price was worth it. They gave me a warranty in case the window started frosting or fogging up. My windows started fogging up after 6 years and I called them. In about 6 weeks, they ordered new windows and installed them with no questions asked.

The old windows were replaced with vinyl windows. The windows look beautiful and make the rooms more comfortable. The man who installed the windows did a good job. Everything went as expected.

It took 7 weeks to get the windows installed from the date I ordered them. When they showed up at 9:00 a.m. for the install the paperwork was incorrect. The French door they brought was not the right size, when they called the office for the correct door no one answered so they told me they would bring it back the next day and install the door. The men put in the windows and left at around 4:00 p.m. The lead installer told me he would be back the next day to finish the trim on the windows and that it would only take a few hours to complete ( he still had several hours of daylight to complete the job). I agreed that he could come back the following day because he still needed to install my door. He said he would arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m , he arrived at 11:50 without my door. No apology for being late. He finished the windows in a few hours just as he said. We called the company all week, finally they told us they had the door but it would be two weeks before the installer would have time to get to it. Not acceptable, my husband talked them into installing the door the following Sunday. The office told us the installer would arrive at 9:00 a.m he arrived at 11:30 a.m. Again no apology for being late. Finally every thing is complete and looks good but I will not use them again because of poor customer service.

He was very curteous and respectful. He was there when he said he would be. Cleaned up after himself and was very mindful of our things.

Window World did an excellent job for me. That was outstanding. I really, really enjoyed working with them and enjoyed the work. With the people when they came in and bid the job it was very professionally done. They showed me what they were doing, how they were doing it. They went through the house and got it done and cleaned up after the installs. We were very pleased with it, outstanding. I got bids from four companies and the prices were fairly close. I selected Window World because I thought they would do the best job and they did.

They were absolutely outstanding. They charged us $335 per window. What I liked about them is their service. They're very professional. With the installation, it's very clean. They explained the operation of the windows and screens. The insulation value usually more than doubled on the old windows that we had.

The crew arrived on time and got to work. The removed all the old windows and replaced with new, double hung windows, energy efficient windows. It took only about 4 hours. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The new windows are far superior to the ones replaced. We will definitely have Window World replace the other windows in our home. The quality of the work was superior as was the professionalism of the installer.

They were awesome. We got windows from them on two occasions and I'm very pleased with the windows. I did price comparison and they were the best place for quality windows.

We wanted simple-to-use, locking hurricane protection for safety if we stay during a hurricane and for security if we evacuate. The sales agent provided information on several options, recommending the one we ultimately purchased as the best to meet our needs. Regular homeowners' insurance no longer covers wind damage on the Gulf Coast, so we wanted to provide proof of our efforts to secure our home as well as possible to the Alabama pool of insurers who provide wind insurance. Installation was estimated to take 2 days, and took only about 6 hours. The installer made sure we understood how to work the shutters (which slide out from each side to close over the windows), and how best to maintain them. They were delayed in their arrival by a company meeting, so they didn't start at the time projected, but they made up for it in quick installation, including testing each window's shutters to make sure they worked. We feel well protected by these shutters.

They were very professional, they have a good price and they gave me a discount.

Windows and door look nice, but they should, they are not cheap. we wanted to upgrade from our contractor grade aluminum windows to low-E vinyl windows. we were told crew would arrive first thing in the morning and work until dark. they did not show until after 11am each day and left at least an hour before dark. they did not bring their own vacuum, and asked to use ours to clean up debris. they did a poor job caulking many windows and left debris outside, including glass. they broke our living room window sill and tried to leave it and quot;fixedand quot; with an unfinished, un-beveled piece of wood. i was told to just get some white paint for it and paint it. had to call the owner to have another crew come out to fix the sill and door install, as it was done very poorly the first time. also needed them to fix up caulking and clean up debris. it was a headache of an experience and i felt like a babysitter. it is a shame, i will likely have to use them again when we replace the other half of the windows in our house.

The installers arrived at my home at the scheduled time and began working right away. They started in the living room with the 4 panel awning window. After about an hour on the replacement of front window then they began replacing the 9 other room windows. all went very well and we are pleased with the service and the quality of the job.

It was the second time we used them. We got three windows the first time. And then the second time, we put another five windows. We were very pleased with the windows we have.

After I finally prevailed that I wanted this transaction done and would not be in town to supervise it, but could get him access to the house. we finally made some progress. I ordered all the windows, paid a 50% deposit and they were ordered. There were several missteps in the ordering process, with 'second measurements' needing to be taken of the bay window, and some other such issues. In summary the windows took over two months to arrive and then they had another two week process in order to get me scheduled for installation. This process is not for the IMPATIENT !! And they did not do a good job at keeping me informed. When the windows were finally installed they were just wonderful. I have gotten many compliments, and they have changed the entire exterior of the house and it's appearance. We finally have some integrity in the exterior and the windows function smoothly and without issue, so far. I may be mistaken, but I really got the feeling that Window World really wanted to come over to the house and sit down with me and 'up-sell' me some more elaborate or expensive windows than the basic ones I ordered, and their dragging their feet was a sales tactic in support of this plan. I may be totally mistaken, and I hope I am, but the length of time from when I called them and said and quot;hi, I want you to replace all the windows in my houseand quot; to the time when I had them actually installed, was just inordinately long and aggravating. I would use them again because they provided a reasonably priced good quality product, but I would be prepared to be patient and stand firm in what you want.

We do not regret using Window World for any of our windows. It has been several years and we are still pleased with their product. Their price was the best.

Jimmie, the salesman, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative. The installer did a good job, was very neat and cleaned up when finished. I love my new windows. They are easy to clean and I am very pleased.

They were here once to demonstrate the windows and provide an estimate. I knew the estimate before they left. I did not use them but overall the experience was good.

We sold this house to someone else. They got it all done in two days. We had some trouble with a couple of the windows. They were a little expensive but they did a good job.

They replaced all of the windows in my house within 1 day. However they didn't get there on time and were about 2 hours late. They had the best price of all the companies I checked and their windows were very nice.

Excellent, would recommend to anyone. Comparing pricing and warranty they can not be beat.
