Outstanding service by Walley Plumbing!! When draining, our washing machine backed up into the half-bath toilet and overflowed onto the floor in the bathroom. - I sent Walley Plumbing Company a message via Angie's list on Thursday night a little after 7PM. In the message I noted the problem, the fact that I had to work the next day and a couple of times that I could leave work to meet at the house. - Tony Walley responded back around 9PM stating that he was pretty sure that he could fit me in at one of the times I had listed and asked that I call him the following morning. - I phoned Tony at 9AM on Friday morning and made arrangements for him to call me following his next repair call in order to give me the thirty minute head start I needed to meet him at the house. - In the interim, Tony arranged for Chris to drop the required equipment at my residence as Chris was headed to a repair call in the area. Chris left a message on my cell phone and sent me a text confirming it was okay to drop the equipment at the house. - Tony was at the residence a little after noon and cleared the clogged drain within an hour and a half. I was pleasingly suprised to get a quality plumbing company to take care of the drain issue so quickly. I know Walley Plumbing's schedule was very full due to the recent rains but they jumped through hoops to work me in which I really appreciate. Tony and Chris were both very professional and courteous. Before leaving Tony had me check all the drains in the house, not just the one he cleared, to ensure he had not pushed any debris back toward the house instead of toward the city sewer line. All the drains checked out just fine. A++ all the way around.

I left him to work. Shut off the water. Repaired ,the valve. Tested and working great. Took about 1 hour. Worth every penny.

When I arranged for the service from Angies List, I had just ordered the faucet on- line. I contacted the plumber and explained that I had just placed the ordered and expected it later. They were fine with that. The faucet arrived last night, I called Walley Plumbing Company this morning, was told the plumber had another job down town and he asked if he could call me later. He called me back about 10:00 am and arrived less than a half hour later. He was a very professional plumber. He handed me his card, introduced himself and his helper. They very thoughtfully brought along booties to put over their shoes and a large drop cloth to protect my floor. He replaced the old faucet with the new one in a very professional way, being very careful of my counter top and cabinets. There was a bit of a problem fitting the new faucet main spout int the hole because the hole was a bit too small. This could have been a major problem but he solved it using a bit from his truck. When he was finished, he dried and cleaned everything using his own paper towels. He checked everything out thoroughly, to be sure everything was as it should be, and that there were no leaks. He even took away all the trash including the old faucet. I am extremely happy with this provider and if needed, I will call them again.

We just moved to the area last year, and really didn't know anyone we could call for plumbing references I found Tony on Angie's list and called him because of all of the company's A ratings. We scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning and he and his helper promptly arrived at 8:00. My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with his work. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and answered all of our questions. They also wore booties over their shoes to protect our floors, and they cleaned up everything before they left. My husband and I also felt his price was extremely reasonable, especially for all the work he did. We were so happy with Tony and his work that we will use him in the future for all of our plumbing needs, as well as refer him to any of our friends who might be looking for a reputable plumber. If I could give Tony an A++++, I would! Bar none, he's the BEST plumber we've ever used in the past 40 years!

The plumber arrived on time. He carefully cleaned up after finishing. The faucet works well -- no more leaks under the sink.

I had to take my wife to the doctor, and Wally's agreed to come repair it while I was out. When the work was done the invoice was left on my front door, I could hardly tell where the work had been done and it was a great price. Very pleasant to deal with, I would use again.

It went great! They were extremely professional, courteous, prompt for appointments and returning calls/texts. Although they noted several areas throughout the inspection that they wanted to bring to my attention, they didn't try to "sell" me on getting things done. They completed all the work as requested within the anticipated time frame, and cleaned up behind themselves as they went. I will definitely use them in the future.

Everything was fine. They either took their shoes off or put booties over their shoes. Cleaned up after the job, looked like it did when they first went in. Explained what they did and answered a few questions I had for future work.

Very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable job. There was a additional problem with floor where toilet bolts down, but Chris handled it expertly, for just a nominal extra charge. Also he had to go to Lowes to get the proper valves, as I had bought the wrong ones. This time was also included in the price. Will surely use this company for any future plumbing needs!

They did a good job repairing the bath plumbing

Chris, from Walley's Plumbing was extremely nice and courteous. He did all the work that I asked him to and everything turned out great. He was here over 3 1/2 hours and he did a lot of work in that time. I will definitely use Walley's Plumbing in the future and recommend it to my friends.

They were punctual, friendly and efficient. There were several minor issues that I had that I did not want repaired at the time but they went ahead and wrote up estimates for every issue in detail so that I can prioritize the list and address them as I'd like in the future. They were courteous and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

They did a great job and were very professional.

We had a pronounced water knock develop over the past 3 weeks in the upstairs master bath. The plumber used his experience extremely well to quickly decide where the most probable cause of the water knock was coming from. He purchased a new valve for the delta shower faucet and replaced it thereby solving the water knock problem instantly. All aspects of the job were done well and efficiently. Great to see experience being used effectively. Finally, very pleasant personality and obviously cared about doing the job right at a reasonable cost.

They're reliable. They came out and he tried to unstop it but he couldn't but he did recommend us to go to get a new port because my port was guaranteed and he replaced the faucet. The faucets are guaranteed. If he didn't told me I would have not known so I would have bought a new one so I think he was very helpful. The price was reasonable.

Tony and Chris removed by old gas hot water heater, installed a new one at a reasonable price, and shortly thereafter came back to run a pipe from the side of my house into my backyard so that I could have water there. They also installed the faucet in the backyard. They took great care to insulate the pipes and have been good with advice about how to protect the faucet and other outdoor plumbing during freezing weather. They were also helpful on a couple of occasions and watched to make sure my dog didn't get outside when I had to leave while they were working. They are nice, intelligent, competent, and trustworthy men.

This service call was a good experience. A master plumber showed up on time. They had experience and knowledge. Plumber had been doing this for some 30 years. The faucets work beautifully with very little pressure as compared to the faucets that have been in for years. All the repairs work fine. I would recommend Walley Plumbing and would call them again if needed. The owner also came over to meet us and check the work. Labor was $95.00 per hour plus material. He went out to get a new water heater and brought it out the same day. He was very prompt. He came within 30 minutes of me calling him. He came around noon and was finished around 5 pm. He hauled away the old water heater as well.

It went fine. We had no problem with them. They were professional and did a great job. We will highly recommend them to anybody. We were really pleased with the price and everything. They were personable and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again.

Tony Walley is articulate, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He was always on time and true to his word. I found him through a decorator who was helping me plan new bathrooms. Tony was especially helpful in locating new bath fixtures at a good price. I saw him and his assistant many times over several weeks. I told him when they were done that he was now "my plumber" because he was so reliable. I'd recommend him highly to anyone.
