Terminix - Mobile -Termite & Pest Control

I used them because they have a very good reputation and they have been very good.

Overall they are okay. They have done a good job. Nothing was outstanding but nothing was bad as well. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I heard about them through their advertising. They are very prompt and get the job done. They show up at the time they say that they would. I would use them again in the future.

They came one day when we were not expecting them and we were supposed to go out. They should have called first. They are prompt, responsive and they do a fine job.

They actually follow through with what they guarantee. I think that is really good.

They call us, and set up an appointment. They come out, and check for termites. They never find anything. We have a termite bond with them. We have to have it in case we sell our house. It's the only reason we have it. If you don't have the bond, and we sell the house it cost quite a bit for a company to come out, and inspect it.

I do not have any complaints about Terminix. I do not need to call them to remind to come here. They always come on time every year.

I guess they are okay because I don’t have experience with anyone else to settle this. They do a fine job.

I had the service done for an equity line. He was here when he said he'd be here. He checked everything, and said there was no termites. So everything was wonderful. He checked both inside and outside my house.

We are happy with their service and we have been using them for about 10 years.

They come when they say they are going to. I still have bugs and I need to call them now that I think of it. The price is good and I have been with them for a while. I'm on an automatic pay system so I'm stuck with them for good.

Their service has always been good. The person who comes here is very friendly, and I know him by his first name. If we have any problem inside with ants or anything like that, he is always responsive, and he comes in and takes care of whatever the problem might be. They send an email out two or three weeks before they come, letting me know that they are coming on a particular day. If I am not at home, they come and do only the outside, but if I want them to do the inside and I am not going to be there on that day, I call them back and change the appointment.

They are efficient. They let me know when they are going to be there. They are almost always there on time. They don’t use anything that smells. I feel their price is competitive. Their service is excellent. If I need anything more than the monthly care, they are cooperative about it. One person comes and he is very friendly and almost like a part of the family. We had only three different service men. The person is very quiet and efficient. They are always good. I would use them in the future.

There is nothing positive or negative to say about them. I haven't compared the prices.

.They were prompt and very professional when they were in the house. I was very happy with the work they did but I had to tighten up on finances when my husband passed away so wasn't able to continue with them. But if I have a problem again i would use them.
