They did a good job. They put up baits.

Technician told me the mounds were not termites and investigated to see what the bug actually was.

First person who came was unprofessional and did not help. The second second was excellent. So i gave professionalism a D but it really was an A and an F

I see no areas where they could improve.

They said that they’d been treating, but I thought he wasn’t actually doing the treatment. So I waited outside for him, and didn’t see him, even though they said that he’d been by. I cancelled my pest control contract but still have them for my termite bond. They also need to work on their follow up.

We terminated our service with Terminix. We went to another company last year because they lied to us about something. They tried to get us to purchase some additional service that we already had. We had them do our termite service for several decades.

Seriously, these guys saved me from a lot more damage. Another contractor (Dun-Rite Doors LLC) had discovered termite damage in my garage. Dave Summerlin came out immediately to inspect my home. Fortunately the damage was limited to the garage. He sent one of his guys out a few days later and treated the ground under the foundation and put bait/traps around the house. It is almost a year later now and there has been no sign of them returning. Thanks Ya'll! You will be my first call when I move to the new house.

Our realtor tried to contact Terminix to have them come out and repair the wood damaged by termites. She's had to jump through hoops to contact them. Once someone came out, they said that it was water damage. They took a piece of wood to the manager at Terminix and showed them the termite tunnels. The manager then said that they only repair the wood on homes that they treat when it was built. So, they've first said that it was water damage and have then changed their story to say that yes, it is termites. Why have we been paying all this money if they aren't going to honor the contract?? We have since had a handyman come out and repair the damage. Our realtor asked them for a termite letter and has been attempting to contact them for almost a week and have yet to get the letter to us. We've been throwing money away because you have to have this termite bond on the home, but they don't contact you or honor the work. This has really complicated selling this house. They also don't let you prorate the bond. I would advise anyone with a home in Mobile to look elsewhere for their needs.

It took weeks and weeks to get someone out despite numerous followup calls. When they did finally show, they only inspected front half of building even though it was clearly understood to inspect the entire building. After a few more weeks of numerous followup calls someone finally showed up to do a complete inspection. The inspector provided his cell phone number if there were any problems, but he never returned any calls. To be fair, nobody from Terminix has ever returned a call, returned an email, or followed up when they said they would.

No complaint about work that was actually done; the technician worked diligently. These are my complaints: (1) The company was poor in terms of response. We first found infestation late in May. A technician DID come out promptly to inspect and did a PRELIMINARY treatment, saying that a full re-treatment would follow. After several days, hearing nothing further from Terminix, I began calling the local number for the company. I found that I was not reaching a local office, but was automatically being connected with an office in another state. I called this number 4 times, but none of the calls resulted in any action. As a last result I called the cell phone of the local branch manager, who finally came out to inspect. This was June 25, nearly a month after I had reported infestation. (2) The treatment noted above was done on Tuesday, July 1. (3) The local manager said that repairs would begin in about 3 weeks, but did not give me a specific date. Since the treatment on July 1 I have tried to contact the local manager to find out exactly when repairs would begin. He has not returned my calls.

Did the initial treatment, but then did not do the follow treatment, have called and left messages, but have not heard from them, now I have to spend thousands to fix problem, am filling an complaint with BBB. Do not have money to get a lawyer to fight a big company like them.

Their serviceis very poor. They would not return my phone calls to set up an appointment and when I did talk to someone they did not apologize for not calling me back. I have an annual contract with provider and it does me absolutely no good because they refuse to further investigate the issue of termites in my home. It is not worth my money.

They were very good and I renewed with them. We have used them before and we were glad they were still friendly.

Since then, we've had countless appraisals and appointments and still have gotten no money or work done! They are purposely giving us the runaround and are rude and incompetent. It's time for us to contact a lawyer.

Let me first say that we have had a termite bond with this company for decades. Some years they have really conscientious workers and some years not. This year the check was scheduled on a Wednesday. I sat around all afternoon waiting despite having company from out of town. My husband called the next day..."no excuse, very sorry". By the way they didn't even call but they did call ahead of time to make sure I would be there! When they finally came today they told my husband that we had to put a vapor barrier on the ground or they'd cancel our coverage. The ground under the house is very dry and they have not complained up til now. I think they just don't want to get their uniforms dirty!

Inspector Sean gave me good timely service and answered all my questions very patiently. Installer David showed the following day within the scheduled time frame and did a good job. Both employees handled themselves in a very professional manner.

The guy that came did an excellent job in inspecting my house for some pest.

I used Them 2 weeks ago. They're really great. We haven't had any problems with bugs. If we have something, we would report it with them and they come out very promptly. The only complaint I would have is that they don't really call ahead of time, they just show up. They're really helpful.

I think their service is fairly priced. I have a contract with them so I would still be using them in the future. They are really great. They come and treat the outside of the house monthly. They treat the inside once a year. If you find any pest or problem, they will come out and do a treatment for free.

I used Terminix to do a bond on our house. AWESOME service!! Called them back to put in foudation vents, moisture barrier and treat the underside of the house. They put in 3 of the 8 vents I bought and never came back. I've called and messages have been left for the manger to call me back for 4 weeks now...not a word. As of this date, no one has returned to finish job. Nor have they called me. I'm suprised at the level of unconcerned from this company. :(

I was looking to purchase a home. First thing I wanted to know, was about termite damage. Terminix came immediately & did the inspection.

The guy came to the house and was extremely thorough both inside and out. He even showed me where my contractor had left openings in the house and how to seal them. I was extremely impressed by how meticulous and professional the Terminix provider was. I am continuing to use them.

I would give Terminex a C rating based on experience over that last several years.

We have probably been using them for the last two years and they are just available. When we call them they come and stuff. We have no problems with them and they come out monthly.

They are very good about coming out yearly to do the inspection and they seem reasonably priced.
