Description of Work: They did pest control for us for scorpions. They did get rid of the scorpions but right at the end, they started raising prices and they only came out once a quarter instead of once a month. We did continue to have ants even after they treated but the serviceman was very nice and he did a good job. I believe the treatments were just too far apart.

Description of Work: Actually I use Terminix out of Dothan, AL not Mobile but Mobile may be a central billing location. We have used Terminix since 1987 for all of our pest control. They service our home on a quarterly basis and always do a very good job. Recently we contracted with them for additional monthly mosquito spray and it helped tremendously during these summer months. They are always very professional.

Description of Work: Sprayed exterior of home for bugs and if I needed inside protection that would be done as well (I did not have interior bug problems) since they do such a great job outside.

Description of Work: I am an investor with several houses under Terminix. This company has decided that they don't want any contact with their customers. All calls roll over to Phoenix. I could not get a termite letter for a recent house sale (and the house was under a Terminix contract since 1962) -- I had to call a local termite company to inspect the house and write a letter. They will not answer the phone. The local number I am given rolls over to Phoenix. It's all automated. No one calls the owner to schedule service. You can not give any special instructions. They supposedly send an e-mail (which comes through as spam) and tell you a date for an inspection. There is poor communication with the Phoenix office and the local technicians. I am getting prices now on going with a different company as each contract with Terminix is up for renewal. Stay away from this company. The house sale was in August 2014. An inspection of another house was yesterday, October 7, but I got an automated call the day before and tried to get in touch with an actual person about this to give them special instructions about another day. I could not talk with anyone -- all automated. I checked my records and discovered that the contract actually was renewed several months prior -- so they are just getting to the inspection! I say again: stay away from Terminix. The company has changed ever since they closed all local offices. You can bet that a company that deals this way with its customers would be impossible to deal with if you had an actual claim. |I am in Baldwin county, AL. | |Additional note: I was sent a survey from the company a few weeks back. On the survey, I detailed my complaints about my problems with the company; I even left my phone number and asked for a return phone call. I haven't heard from them -- I doubt if they read the survey. |Stay away from Terminix.

In approx. 2009 and 2012 had a claim for termite damage repair. the first date terminex took care of getting the damage repair. the second date Terminex paid a contractor that I had on site to repair the termite damage. They were very good and repaired damage quickly.
