Description of Work: We use them annually for our termite bond. They check inside and outside for any termite damage. They will be here again next month.

Description of Work: Contracted with Terminix services for termites and household pests. Inside as well as outside services. Also had more insulation added to attic for house whole pests and insulating purposes. I have used this contractor for over 24 years. They are always professional and all jobs done in a timely manner. Highly recommended! This office is located in Pensacola, Florida on Davis Highway .

Description of Work: It went well as always but was just informed the price went up from$74.00 to $86 which seemed like a big jump to me but the gentle man that does my house is excellent ,I would hate to lose him.I will try to resolve it with the company.

Description of Work: Applied insecticide around the homes exterior and if I had any problems on the inside they would apply the insecticide there as well. Before Terminix starting treating my home I had all types of insects both inside and out and now if I have a problem all I have to do is call and they come out in as little as 3 days from my call.

Description of Work: I have always been very pleased with their service... They send notices when service is due and have always arrived when promised. All technicians have been very professional and do a thorough job. Their service is great... the only problem I have ever had is that it is hard to set up installment plans on their website.. I did ask about that and feel it will be available soon. I would highly recommend them for the job.

Description of Work: Came on date stated and put green caps on areas around house. I was told terminix also would spray all around outside of house. When I contacted them and said they did not do this, I was told they had stopped doing this. BUT I had been told this was part of the contract. I had to make several calls before they finally sent someone out to spray around house. Terminix wanted to set it up on a payment plan, I said NO, I would pay in full after work was completed. I sent a check for the amount of $1200.00 and marked 'paid in full'. Now I am getting statements, also phone calls telling me I still owe money. I have called office and complained and secretary said there is nothing she can do. But the man whom I signed contract with has been nice and keeps telling me he will take care of the matter! I feel I am being unfairly harassed.
