The oven in my rental home was not working. I was told by the appliance repairman that the problem was an electrical one so I called Professional. They came in the morning the following day. Jeff checked my plug receptacle and found it to be defective. He also checked the outdoor box and found it needed some work. He replaced the stove plug receptacle and did the work needed on the outdoor box. Jeff was very professional and even brought his own doormat! He explained as well as showed me what needed to be done. I was very pleased with his work and will use this company again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They arrived when they said, did their work quickly and efficiently, and were extremely courteous and helpful as they performed their work. They quoted a price before beginning and stuck to it. After work was completed they checked with us to be certain everything was completed as requested and made sure we understood the detail of their guarantees on the work, etc. We did have a problem with one of the outside gfi switches. They came out to take care of the problem very quickly and followed up until everything was working correctly. These are definitely our go-to electricians from this point forward.

Experience was good. Also replaced some light bulbs for me.

Jeff was later than expected but we were informed of this the morning of the appointment. He was extremely thorough & professional. Went out of his way to see if the receptacle was working (sprayed wasp) & made sure we were pleased with all work.

The person who came to do the job was very professional and did an awesome job on the TV. The problem came when he went to work on the electric issue with the fan. He took 2 minutes to look at the fan and then said he couldn't fix it. Our original estimate was $650.00. He was unable to do the job I got the estimate for, but still charged me the entire amount. He didn't have a choice apparently the company makes him go by a book. I would never use this overpriced company again. The tech was wonderful nothing against himbut the price was way to high for what we got.

Greg Oliver, the service technician arrived on time removed the old fan and installed new fan in a timely fashion also did a home inspection.

Technician called ahead and was timely. He was very efficient and performed everything quickly, cleaned up and described what he had done. He knew what he was doing.

Richard was professional and thorough. He replaced the breaker that was broken and re-checked his work. I'll be calling Professional Electric again real soon to help w/ other elec. issues around the house.

They were on time and did an excellent job. Their quote was similar to one I'd received a few years ago from another electrician. I would definitely use them again.

They installed three ceiling fans on our porch and corrected some very poorly installed electrical wiring on the porch. Very prompt and very professional. Job exceeded my expectations. The pricing was by "their book" which you can review so you know before the work is done how much the job will cost.

The installer was on time, got to work immediately after I showed him where to place the duplex boxes and didn’t stop until the boxes were hooked up to the system. He had to work inside the house, in the attic on a hot summer day and on the outside the house. He completed the work in about 4½ hours and cleaned up his messes. That were required making the insalation.

Went fine - we had a bad experience with another electrician who promised us twice he'd show and never did. The guy for Mr. Electric told us when he would show, and he did, called shortly before he arrived. He was very friendly. He explained what he was doing, and about the warranties for the different pieces. The price tag was a little high but I'm no expert. **An update: We had problems with our phone line and found that the electrician did a poor job of handling the wiring around the phone line area, left the breaker box open and old breakers on top of the box. We asked for someone different to come and fix things and generally look things over. They sent the same guy. Judging by his responses, it was going to turn into a match between him and the phone people. We are not at all confident that the work done was of any real quantity, but we do think the outlet for the stove is good. The way he talks, he's one of those people that has seen everything, done everything, been everywhere - and we were wondering why he was working as an electrician.

I can't recommend Mr. Electric any higher! Professional, punctual, and fairly priced.

Very good. The company did what they said they would do along the way and each step was easy to understand. Straight forward pricing in the price book with an option to be a member and save money. I did not choose the membership, but if you had many jobs to be done it would be worth it. The technician was courteous and good to work with
