There was an issue with my receptacle but they came right out solved the problem and worked with me very closely on resolving my issues

They’re outstanding. From the first call we received, throughout the work, and at the job’s completion: outstanding. Dealt with Ashleigh (super sweet, super smart, super southern) on the phone and Bo was our electrician. I seldom write reviews because I’m seldom satisfied. And if you just gripe, no one takes you seriously. But I can’t even think of anything they might have done differently to improve upon their service level—and I’m kind of **** ** folks, too. Just as happy as I am at how it went today, I’m happy that we have a good contractor in our cellphones now to call. I highly recommend them, and I hope you’ll take heed. Good contractors (especially electricians!) are hard to find. Do yourself a favor: take their number down. Thoroughly pleased at and grateful for the work Bo did today. Great job!

Beau was wonderful! He checked the problem thoroughly and recommended using what we have with some updates. This saved our Property Owners Association some expenses and solved the problem immediately. Beau was professional and knowledgeable. He explained things well and gave good suggestions. Professional Electric is now our "go to" electricians!!

Never got a response. Considering hurricane Sally had just hit the area I understand perhaps higher priorities but should have gotten a decline to bid.

They came right out to do an estimate for service replacement. I did not end up hiring them after getting an estimate for more than $2000 for a job I eventually had done for $800. Professional Electric said that I needed many things done inside the house (problem was outside) to "bring it up to code" ( not just suggested for greatest safety) including wired-in smoke detectors. Found out later those are only required out in the county, not the city. I don't know if they were trying to pad the bill or were just not up to date in their knowledge of the latest city and county codes, and requirements for new houses vs old. This was not the only company that put unnecessary items on their estimate, so maybe the electrical codes are confusing. The city inspector signed off without even entering the house or looking anywhere else outside except the breaker box area where work was done. This is why I always get multiple estimates, even when I have a referral.

EVERY EMPLOYEE, TECHNICIAN & SUPERVISOR, WERE EXTREMELY POLITE, WELL GROOMED, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ON SITE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD - AND WORKED THE PROBLEM TO A SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION - NEVER NEED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN AGAIN - BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Greg was prompt, courteous and friendly. he did the job needed and then did a free home safety inspection . I would use them again. He was professional and quickly fixed the problem.

Caleb was so professional. I will never use another electrician I was blown away with his commitment to customer service.

Caleb was on time, very courteous, very careful of my home (even wore booties so as not to scratch my floor or track in dirt) and best of all, did a terrific job! Quick & efficient.

Two men arrived exactly time quoted installed fan & LED lights. They were very polite & reasonable. I will call them again.

They arrived, soon after, a call saying on way. Came in smiling friendly. Ask me to verify what I wanted done. Within 30 min. Had new light installed. Gave me estimate on future things I need done. With no hesitation.

Greg and Craig showed up on time, listened intently to us explaining issue. The problem was immediately discovered. They Greg was honest than we have some Magor electrical issues and today's job would not be a permanent if they explained in detail what needed to be done and answered all questions to our satisfaction.

This is the third project I've asked these guys to do, and I'll absolutely use them again. Jeff and a second tech showed up on time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and they very quickly finished the job. I wasn't thrilled about spending $300 (after Angie's discount) for a seemingly small job, but I'd pay it again for their professionalism and tidiness. Their prices are competitive, so it's not really a complaint. They offered to wire the compressor as well, but that was a chore I felt comfortable tackling. Great job as always. We're happy customers. We enjoy the little goodie bags they leave us when they're finished -- they provide a few items to make sure we won't forget their number. Ha! Seriously, they appreciate their customers. Don't hesitate to hire them!

Arrived on time. Enjoyable to work with. Receptive to my requests. Explained problem areas. Will gladly use them again… Greg and his assistant, Caleb. They performed exceptionally well under extremely difficult conditions… Older home (1950’s) no space to maneuver in attic or brick walls, following old wiring that no longer fun.

Contacted company. Set up a date convenient for me. Arrived on time. Received an estimate before work commenced. In and out in a short period of time. Very clean and efficient.

3/18 Update: They have really gone above and beyond to make my problems right. I would now recommend them, and I will even consider them for future projects. They did right by me, and I'm confident my experience was just a fluke. Ratings have been updated to reflect this. Update: I was contacted by the technician and the owner. The company tried to make it right, and, although I went with someone else, they were friendly and apologetic, offering a simple excuse due to the holidays timing, but not dismissing it. So, do take in mind that they care deeply and want to live up to all the other awesome ratings here. We had them come to give an estimate on extensive exterior job. They said an estimate would be sent via e-mail the next workday after Christmas. We had to call the next week and ask about our non-existent estimate. We were then told we would have the estimate within a day. We still did not receive the estimate. It is now 2/10 and no contact. However, the electrician who came out seemed well informed, knowledgeable, and eager.
