Description of Work: repainted entire exterior of brick house. House had ben previously painted and needed redoing. They power washed, sanded trim and painted everything.

Description of Work: Removed wall paper and painted master bedroom and bath. Very professional. On time, neat, clened up each day. Eaxcellant job. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: Pro 1 Painters are amazing! Not only did they send a painter all the way from Spanish Fort to Pensacola, they gave me a great deal. The office manager, job estimator and painter all demonstrated a warm, friendly and professional attitude even when issues on my end meant I had to reschedule them twice. James, the painter, completed wall painting as well as caulking and painting a ton of trim work. In 8 hours he did at least a third of the work a different company had bid out at more than $3000! He was prompt, courteous, quick, clean and a very hard worker. I am particular about quality and I can honestly say the finished work was flawless. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants outstanding work at a reasonable price with stellar customer service.

Description of Work: They painted 3 rooms in my house in one day. They painted over some wallpaper, also. They did a good job and cleaned up after finishing. I can call or write them if I see any places that need some attention.

Description of Work: They painted a huge 2 story great room, hallway, foyer, and curved staircase. They did an excellent job cutting in around the extensive moulding and casings/trim around 10 windows and two french doors.

Description of Work: Pressure washed soffits, fascia boards, porch and breezeway ceiling. Painted dormers and gable end. Painted front door and sidelights. Painted lintels.

Description of Work: They have not been to my house to do the job yet but they assured me that they could do it one day last week, it rained on the day they were supposed to come so they finally called us back last night to schedule for the end of next week. I have not been impressed with their communication with us. They may be great once they get there and I may regret this comment but as for now, I am getting aggravated. They never leave us a number to call them, we have to rely on them calling us. WE both work so time is valueable and it doesn't seem to be a priority for them.

Description of Work: We had a two-man crew prep and stain a privacy fence, and paint two bathrooms over a two day period. I had pre-prepped the fence with a deck and fence wash, since that's not something they do. The crew cleared all loose soil and debris from the fence and the area touching the fence, then spray painted both sides of the fence using light even strokes, coating it several times on each side, not just once or twice. They were careful to ensure all crevices were thoroughly coated. The fence looks so much better now. | |The bathrooms at my request were painted using a brand other than Sherwin Williams, their usual brand. They did not have an issue with my request, and willingly picked up the paint from the store I requested along with SW for the fence stain. They painted two good coats in both bathrooms, even though this particular paint has a primer. As the crew noted, paint always looks better with a second coat -- and it did! I am very particular about having perfectly straight lines where the wall meets the ceiling and baseboards, and they did a better job (not to mention a much quicker job!) than I could have done. The crew cleaned up well, and there were no big spatters anywhere when they were through. | |Very pleased with their proficiency and their professional and courteous manner for both jobs.
