The tech came out and performed all duties. I did have questions later and Stephanie Sharp in Customer Service was great to work with. She listened to my concerns about the differences in how my opener was working and sent another tech. He was great and I am pleased. I would definitely use them again.

Everything is fine.It just took a long time for them to get the code, that's what they could have improved on, he could tell me you will have it back on time, the company sends a wrong code and you will have to send it back and get another code but the best thing I liked about them was the diligence, the young man kept on trying, he went out of way to help me. I bought it through Angie's list so that affected the price, I was not happy with the initial price that they gave but because I had Angie's list I was able to get a lower price.

They respond promptly and came on time. They did a good job installing the plastic rollers. The next day we found that the remote code mounted outside the garage was not working. They sent someone very promptly and reprogrammed the code at no charge.

Technician was on time, professional and courteous. I will certainly use them in the future.

Justin, the tech, showed up on time. He was courteous and professional, got to work immediately, and finished in about an hour. He provided options I could take to repair the motor which was nice. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very good service! Love they provide pics of their techs and the name so you know who to expect. Had a same day appointment and tech called and could even come earlier. This was for a door "tune up" and outside key pad, but we will definitely use again if needed!

Used a coupon code for an extra 10.00 off. 99.00 was a good deal for something I couldn't/didn't want to do myself. Tech said the replacement rollers cost more than the service

They did a great job. There was one thing. On the attachment bracket to the arm that lifts the gate, there was just one screw in there instead of two or three and that made it come lose within about a week or so. I just fixed it myself. I didn't want to call them out for that. Otherwise, they did great. The garage is a lot more quiet.

The service went very well. They have 24 hour service. We called late at night and they sent someone out right away. They opened the door so we could get out and came back out the next day to make the actual repairs. He gave different options of repairs for us and we went with the highest option because it came with a warranty. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He was also friendly and responsive. It was very easy to schedule with the company.

He tightened the springs and he did that too tightly. He ended up having to come back out to replace the springs and they popped off. I was charged for both visits. He replaced the springs in about an hour and did a nice job. I just did not appreciate him tightening the springs too tightly and I felt set up. I had no problem scheduling the service.

Highly recommended. Came the same day I scheduled and done in half the time I expected. Jason is excellent! Will call them again anytime I need anything related to the garage door.

Much better than Dun-Rite: door is now incredibly quiet with no lumps or bumps as it goes on the tracks. I purchased the Angie's Deal on a Friday and on Saturday at noon the technician was there. On time, handled all the scheduling on line with a confirmation call that he was on his way. The service vehicle was clearly marked and the tech, Mr. Boes, was in a snazzy uniform with identification. Never experienced such things here before. Provided some additional security information and will be providing info that garage door installs are part of mandatory IBC and inspections. And they'll be back during warmer weather to install a threshold to combat the builder's negative grade during heavy rain. Now if Precision can only branch out to home building. Or home inspecting.....

Call for appointment to do work, set appointment same day; Jason called to verify he was enroute, arrived on time. Immediately started work, explaining procedures and expected results. Jason was professional and completed task in about an hour. Showed me what was needed and then showed me worn-out parts. Completed procedure with a final check of system and done! I will recommend Precision Door Service to my friend, in all a quality service.
