Eventually, it worked ok. Problems- a) they said over the phone that the technician would have the parts and he didn’t so he had to come back the next day, and we waited all morning and half of the afternoon for him to arrive. B) I thought $800 was a ridiculous amount for a door spring. We will never use this company again. C). Eventually, he got the door to work by modifying the wrong spring instead of using the correct spring. All in all, a poor experience.

Everything went fine. They were even early and called to be sure it was ok.

the repairman come on time as was by phone he started off by telling me it was 49.00 for him to tell me what was wrong with my door I already knew what was broken on my door then he started to tell me all the things that could be wrong and I had to listen to all that BS and he wanted to sell me a new door with a lifetime warranty I said no nothing was wrong wit my door or motor I just had a broken spring I didn't need a salesman I just wanted my spring replaced he said he couldn't repair what i had and would have to install a new for only 998.00 I laughed then he said he could put a cheeper one for only 499.00 overall a ripoff

GREAT. A Precision Door team was in the area and responded in an hour. They began with a safety check and determined the repair needed before providing a reasonable quote. The hinge replacement and service to the coils causing the problem were completed timely, and, before sunset our door was better than new.

The price only included 1 door. I would not do this again. The tech was only interested in selling new products. I was very dissappointed in this service.

I asked for a garage door tune up. Though there was a mix up in terms of location, the tech arrived on the same day. He was very helpful in letting me know what was good and what was bad in terms of my garage door. I am pleased because the my door runs more smoothly and I know that system replacement is in my near future.

They sent a professional repairman (Chris) to assess the door. Chris was prompt and very professional. He told me what was needed, what he would recommend, and the exact cost. It took him about an hour to complete the job. The cost was exactly as he said. Great customer service from Chris.

Excellent job, extremely prompt, very professional. They had to come back and they were early each time. We really enjoyed working with the technicians as they were pleasant and fun. Their customer service at the office was also excellent. They listened to the problem with had with another company and were sympathetic and anxious to get the work done quickly for us.
