Description of Work: AC frozen, not cooling. Called at 7am, they arrived at 8am. Had to let unit thaw so they came back a couple hours later. Charged with coolant. Honored discounts and $25 service for being an Angie's member. Will definitely use again and have already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: I just bought a house and decided to replace the two heat pumps. Hansen's price was several thousand dollars less than two other companies, so the units should pay for themselves with cost savings. These included 10 year parts and labor. They showed up on time with four trucks, replaced the units and were finished in 4 hours. Very professional. These guys are great!
