Other than the computer glitch that had me scheduled for service but no tech arrived,everything else was good. Polite technician,discussed my concerns and the company gave me a discount for the mix up with our first appointment.

I was very impressed with Mr. Day's knowledge and experience. He had heat coming in short order. I also bought a service contract !

Price was reasonable and did a good job.

They did a great job servicing my two units. There was later an issue with one of the units, but the tech came right back out and fixed the problem promptly.

Went out of their way to accommodate us due to my wife being disabled and having trouble breathing without air conditioning. From Branden, the manager, all the was down (including the office) everyone was wonderful.

Came out after a last minute phone call on a Saturday evening. Evaluated my unit and then installed a new unit same day, working late into the night. Great service and professionalism.
