It was time for a A/C System tune up to get the system checked and serviced before the Hot as Hell Summers in Alabama. Daycool reached out with a phone call to see if they could come out and do this. Because i had not heard from my A/C guy and also because Daycool could make it this Friday while I was already off work, I agreed. What a mistake. The guy shows up goes straight in the Attic to check the capacitor and looks around with a flash light. I could immediately tell he has no clue on why he is there. I asked if he knew that this is suppose to be a tune up and he kind of gets an attitude and says he always do a full inspection. I let it go and just continue to observe. Well, long story short, he never looked at my filter, never cleaned the drain pipe, left my attic light on, left the a/c set to 63 degrees. Left the mess in the hallway, and never opened up the outside unit to service it. He just checked Freon levels. He then proceeds to his truck asking for payment says he is going to write me a quote for adding insulation to my attic and replacing pipe wrapping. I go and write them a check. Walk it out to the truck where he is on his phone. Give him the check and go back inside my garage, and waiting for the quote. Next thing i know he is gone. No quotes no nothing. This is the last time Daycool will ever set foot in my house.

I must say that I greatly appreciated the service that was provided by Daycool. From the initial phone call to setup the consultation appointment to the final walk through after the installation was completed, the customer service and eye for detail and cleanliness was impeccable.

Me Travis was very friendly and respectful, he did his job well and fixed everything! HOWEVER, my only concern was that the lady on the phone said it would only be $45 for him to come diagnose our problem and that would be it. However, he went on to just fix everything and we weren’t aware of that. We just thought he was going to tell us what was wrong. We ended up having to pay almost $300.

The work they did was excellent. They were prompt and kept me apprised as the job progressed. They cleaned everything up before they left each day and the price was reasonable. The technicians were courteous, personable, and seemed to enjoy the work. Theyâ re coming back today to blow in new insulation. The difference in the amount of air coming out of the vents now is amazing. I highly recommend this company.

He wants to replace Ac motor. I call the another Ac service company and find out that motor was fine and found out need some freon

We bought a unit from them which they warrantied AND an air scrubber...I think that’s the name...it’s already working! Best decision we’ve made for our family of four and one pup! I’m super excited! when i called to get a schedule to talk to someone about a replacement on my 40 year old unit Travis came on his scheduled time and was informed earlier by email earlier who was coming and a picture also of the individual.He was extremely knowledgeable of all the questions asked and informed us with all available options to choose from.There was not at 1 time pressure on what to choose and on what option to choose.when we discussed it on what we wanted and the date,all the techs came on scheduled times and was also very knowledgeable,courteous,and professionals.These guys as well as the staff answering the calls have went beyond and above on there duties. This company is a 5 star company who meets there customers needs. Thank You Daycool,we need more companies like you.!!!
