Description of Work: They came out and were very professional and pleasant. Performed the service and inspection. Let me know about one problem and told me there was no need to worry about some concerns I had. He even explained why they were ok as they were.

Description of Work: The price may be off as it has been awhile, used prior to joining Angie's List. Have used him about three times for chimney and fireplace cleaning. He is very punctual and is so clean you would never know he has been here. Very thorough in checking for cracks or any issues in the firebox and chimney. We have been extremely pleased.

Description of Work: Had chimney cleaned because of a soot odor every time AC would run. Said it was from burning green would and plus house built in 1969 had probably had not been cleaned properly. Have had no odor since :) . They found some issues with cracked motor joints, rusting damper and crown being crack ....estimate cost of repair $675...don't think that's too bad. Very nice people.

Thomas and his son were professional, honest, friendly, and performed the work meticulously. Oh yes, the cost was more than reasonable. Description of Work: Installed overlay flashing on the chimney and reworked the flashing. Pressure washed the chimney and sealed chimney housing. Installed diverter on back of upper roof at chimney. They basically did what our roofers should have done -- stopped the leaks around our chimney. We found that if you want someone to actually fix leaks around a chimney, call them. Coast Chimney Sweeps did the job that roofers were unable to do.

Description of Work: I hired Coastal Chimney Sweeps to repoint a portion of the exterior of my brick house, as well as repair a chimney. They did a wonderful job. The owner was quite knowledgeable about masonry and was very skilled. I would without hesitation use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: I used the services of Coastal Chimney Sweeps. First, I had them do an inspection of the chimney. They had found a crack in the wall of the chimney box. So, I started to schedule try to get them to do the repair and took a couple of week.
