Description of Work: They were prompt and courteous. I had 2 appliances repaired that needed parts to be ordered. It took only one day to get the parts and they returned to install them. They are very knowledgeable in all appliances. Their price was quite reasonable as well.

Description of Work: Big Bill's got here late, walked in house for 3 minutes, walked out saying she would look to see if she had the part. She was getting ready to drive away when I went outside to ask her if I had time to go get my dog from the vet. She looked at me as if I were crazy, and said it wouldn't be today. When she did call back with price, it was reasonable, but would take another week to fix. I don't understand why she didn't ask the specific model number when the appointment was made. That way the part could have been ready. I called someone else who came the next day and fixed it same day.

Description of Work: Freezer ice maker had come apart (parts fell into the ice bucket). Angie, determined there was nothing broken or needed replaced. She put it back together and reinstalled it. The only charge was the minimum for a house call. Also showed me how to fix it, if it happened again.
