We were well pleased with them. They were really good, fast and the technician knew what she was doing. The pricing was okay and we were satisfied with everything.

The lady was very nice and helpful. When I explained the problem, she said we did not need them and referred me to who I needed to call.

Professional, friendly, timely, reasonable prices! Would not hesitate to call again!

The job was fairly minor and have not had any problems since then. They were honest and did good work.

Ronnie came out to the house to check my gas dryer. It was not drying clothes. While she was watching the dryer, (she said gas dryers mean a lot of wait and watch) I jokingly asked if she knew anything about refrigerators. Mine was leaking water from the freezer. She described to me that fact that the drain line from the freezer defrost has a zig zag at the top that some times got clogged. So she took the top of the hose off and cleaned it up for me. No more leaks! She had to make a second trip out because she wanted to study my particular model. She was only her for about 30 min the second time around. My dryer works great now!

I called and made an appointment. Tech arrived on time and made an expeditious repair. Problem solved.

Spoke with Angie and described symptoms the day before. She accurately determined the problem and Reggie arrived promptly the next day, had everything she needed to repair my washing machine and completed the job in less than an hour. Demonstrated that washer was now functioning properly before she left. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I would use them again and would have no reservations in recommending them to others.

I called for service on my dryer. The repairwoman had another service call in the area, so she came about an hour later. She found the problem and had the dryer repaired quickly.

Overall it went very well. She fixed the machine and determined what else was needed. Very nice, professional and easy to talk with.

Ronnie, the female owner of this business, came by and checked out three appliances that were not working. She repaired our dryer on the spot, replacing one part and removing a bucketful of lint from the machine, and quickly found out what was wrong with our spare refrigerator - the defrost timer had gone bad. Ronnie told us that the indoor refrigerator probably needs a new compressor, and that is the one thing she doesn't repair, so she recommended someone to us for that job. She returned two days after her initial visit with a part for our second refrigerator and had it up and running in no time. She was the most professional, courteous, friendly repair person I have ever had, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing service on a large appliance. I considered her price to be reasonable for the amount of work she did and the two trips she made to my house. She was a pleasure to do business with, and I will certainly call her in the future as my appliances need repair work.

A lady came and checked my washing machine. She said there was nothing to do and did not recommend replacing the cost because it was too expensive for the age of the machine. I felt she was very truthful and I appreciated that. She did not charge me for the service and told me to call her if I needed anything in the future. I have recommended them to others.

I've used them at least twice. I would recommend them. They are very reliable. I had one little problem with it and they came back very quickly to fix it. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and ordered the part. It only took a day to get the part and they were back the next day to do the repair. The price was a little high, but it was pretty reasonable when I broke it down to the price of the part and labor. I will absolutely use them again.

They are fast and efficient. They provided an excellent service. They fixed the problem with my dishwasher and it didn’t take them long. I call them anytime I need anything repaired.

She is very friendly and doesn’t charge much. She does a good job and is very trustworthy. She has taken over her father’s business and has done a very good job with it. I will continue to sue her services in future.

My clothes dryer quit putting out heat. I contacted Big Bill's because they were covered under my home warranty. She arrived generally on time, but brought her granddaughter because school was out. After tugging and pulling for awhile, the repair lady said the primary way to get the heating element out of the dryer was to use a hammer to force it out. This raised the question of how a new one would be put back in. I had to hold tools and a flashlight for her and move the dryer so she could work on it. In the end, the job got done and I had a functional dryer, but I was not at all impressed with the process. I did not use this company again when it was recommended for another appliance problem.

She got the circuit board and did not think it was the right one took it back and once she was sure it was right she came back and installed it.
