I can't say enough about how pleased we were. Walter was able to get stains out that other cleaners had not, and that had been there when we bought the house. The carpet looks great - like new. He did an excellent and thorough job (moved out the large pieces of furniture to clean all areas underneath). They actually returned my first call when they were on vacation and were able to schedule the cleaning on the weekend since my husband and I both work during the week. Walter showed up when he said he would and was entirely courteous and professional. I have not had such great service in a provider for a very long time. The result was wonderful and the price was very reasonable.

When I made the service call, Mrs. Arrington, the co-owner was very courteous and personable. The service was reasonably priced and professional from start to finish. I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent. It went excellently. They did an excellent job; the price was excellent; the service was excellent! They called and asked if they could show up early. They were only supposed to clean the couch but when they arrived I asked about the loveseat and they gave me a price I could not refuse. They carefully cleaned every inch of them. They were clean and smelled great after it was over. They were just like new. They did not try to upsell me or use high pressure sales tactics to offer me things I did nto need. When comparing prices I even had guys try to do that to me on the phone so I was relieved when Walter and his son did not. I have already called them because I will be using them again!

The person who makes the appointment was helpful, the cost was reasonable, he called and asked if he could come a bit earlier than plan, and then did a very thorough job. He was in and out. We are very pleased.

I called this carpet cleaning service emergently after a leak in my basement left my basement carpet soaked. I was able to get in contact with them promptly. They were able to work me in the very same day! This price was fair and they did an excellent job with the cleaning. I would definitely use them again!

This is a wonderful company who appreciates their customers! Very responsive person who answered my initial phone call. She was clear on price estimates and made sure to call back within an hour after getting an answer to a treatment question I had. Walter pretreated, went through the areas to be treated with me, and proceeded to do an excellent and thorough job steam cleaning my carpets. He moved incidental furniture, placed styro squares underneath furniture. We recently moved into the house and prior to move in 2 months ago I had the carpets cleaned by Citrus Solutions. Though they were very professional, I do not believe the treatment method did anything to really get my carpets cleaned. So I had them steam cleaned. They are cleaner, brighter, softer. Can't say enough good things about W&S Carpets. They even called the next day to see if I was completely satisfied and said they would follow up in 6 months.

The owner was here last week. He came on the day and at the time agreed. This is approximately the eighth or ninth time he has been here over the last two-three years. He always does a good job. He is here and gone in a timely fashion. The price has never changed. What more could I ask

Friendly lady answered my initial call and scheduled an appointment. The gentleman who came to do the actual carpet cleaning was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable.

I was pretty impressed with them. They did a very good job on the carpet and it came very clean. They were good people who were trustworthy and I didn t have to keep an eye on them. It was a husband and wife team and they came to do it themselves. I have used them every 6 months for 2 years now. Once they did a couch that was very dirty and I couldn t believe they got it so clean and only charged $20 for it.
