We?ve used them a few times. They move all the furniture to completely clean the rooms. They do a suburb job. They get out all stains, everything looks new, and smells fresh. They put plastic down so the water won?t get on anything.

They were running a little behind getting there but called ahead of time to let me know which I appreciated. They were very professional and easy to work with. I plan to have them come back to clean and seal my kitchen grout too.

Sheletia was very quick to respond to us after my first phone call. I was attempting to schedule carpet cleaning for several weeks in the future, so we set up a time to come by for a quote. They called before coming to my home on the day of the initial appointment and arrived a little earlier than scheduled. After measuring and reviewing our needs, they provided a quote which was a little bit higher than one I had received earlier. Sheletia agreed to lower their price a bit to match that price and we set a date for them to do the work. Unfortunately, we had two members of our family sick a couple days before they were to come, so I had to reschedule for two weeks later. When Walter & Sheletia arrived on the rescheduled date, they set up and got to work quickly. They were done in just about an hour and everything looked absolutely great. As an added bonus, they also provided me with a bottle of spot remover for future use. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use them in the future.

Walter does a great job. He's cleaned our carpet a couple of times before and has always done a great job. I will always call him for this service.

We have used W and S on two occasions now. This most recent cleaning they did for us was pretty standard fare. Our first experience with them was a really great experience. It is a long story but they did a significant amount of work for us on short order and really came through. They went above and beyond and really impressed us with their work ethic, friendliness, and professionalism. They are the type of business I would not hesitate to support again.

The two people that came were actually a few minutes early. They got set up, cleaned the carpets and were gone in less than an hour. My kind of service. They were professional and courteous. They did their job well and quickly. No one's time was wasted. A good experience.

I would recommend them to anyone and I try to every chance I get because it is nice to hire someone to do something and not have to stand over them to make sure they do what they are supposed to do. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They brought in their equipment carefully so as not to bring in outside soil. They did an outstanding job of all the areas they cleaned, especially paying close attention to the spots that required extra treatment. They were pleasant to talk to and took time to do a good job.
