W & S Professional Carpet Cleaning

From the first phone call to the day of services rendered everything was EXCELLENT! I originally scheduled several weeks out (due to my work schedule), but the the week of the appointment my work scheduled changed and they were able to see me same day that I called to reschedule! It couldn't not have worked out any better. This owner is a hardworking Christian man and it was wonderful to do business with him.

Walter and Sheletia did a great job! They were very pleasant and I'm very satisfied with their work. I also think their price was quite fair given the amount of work done and the quality of the results. I definitely intend to call them again the next time my carpets need cleaning.

HIGHLY recommend. There was a miscommunication on when he was supposed to be there (admin error), but he came the day we had scheduled and did a FANTASTIC job. We won't need to replace our carpets now. Walter was a pleasure to work with, and his price, I thought, was too low for the service he rendered, so I gave him extra. Seriously one of the best services I've ever received. OUTSTANDING results.

He was prompt, efficient, careful, and courteous. Our carpets were long overdue for cleaning but he did a great job. I will definitely call on him again.

It was a great experience with absolutely zero frustration. I had an initial appointment and had to cancel literally 30 minutes before they were suppose to be there. The cleaner was actually on his way, and had to turn around. They were never rude, and never even asked for a cancellation fee. I rescheduled, and they were very punctual. The cleaner was extremely polite, and did a great job in a little under 2 hours. I will definitely use them again, if needed, and recommend them to friends and family.

The husband and wife team were so nice to deal with right from the beginning and clearly want what is best for the customer. They arrived on time and did the job quickly, efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend them.

They said they would come back on the 17th and they did not. Then, they said they would come back this past Sunday the 24th and they did not. They finally came back out the Monday or Tuesday after the 24th to work on the spot on my carport.

I searched Angie's List for carpet cleaners. I chose W & S Professional Carpet Cleaners based on the excellent reviews regarding their professionalism and quality of work. I called to leave a message about the work I needed done. Mrs. Arrington returned my call promptly. She was most helpful - answering my questions and quoting the cost of the job. We set the appointment. They arrived right on time, assessed the situation and went to work. I told them I did not expect miracles as the furniture and carpet are old. First, they cleaned the furniture then moved it so they could clean the carpet. After finishing the carpet, they moved the furniture back into place taking care to put foam blocks under the furniture legs. The carpet and furniture were not wet - only damp. (Past experience with a different cleaning service left the carpet and furniture soaking wet). When they finished cleaning, I was pleasantly surprised that the old furniture and old carpet looked amazingly clean and almost new again! After the carpet had dried, a couple spots appeared. I called Mrs. Arrington to ask if there was anything that could be done about the spots given the age of the carpet. She was very nice and said they would be glad to come back out and look at it. Mr. Arrington came back and cheerfully cleaned the areas. The experience far exceeded my expectations beginning with the initial contact to the end of the cleaning process. W & S Professional Carpet Cleaners is a top notch company. Mr. and Mrs. Arrington do quality work with an emphasis on customer service. Thank you for a job well done! I will definitely use them in the future and have recommended them to others.

This experience was like the "WOW" factor. We had many "pet spots" that ALL came out. The carpets looked like new when they left. I was extremely pleased. They carefully removed the wool rug and runner to the garage so they could dry off of the hardwood floors. A different solution was used on the wool and they were careful to keep the heat lower so as not to cause the wool to shrink - which it didn't. Additionally, they were very efficient - had the whole job done in 2 hours, 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

I needed my carpets cleaned and decided to call W & S Professional Carpet Cleaning when I saw the great reviews the company had received on Angie's List. When I called, they were very professional and helpful in setting up an appointment that would work for me. On the day of the job, S & W arrived right on time and went to work. I showed Walter some satins on my carpets and told him I hoped that he could get them out. S & W was very professional and did a great job on all my carpets. The stains, which they pretreated, came out and I have to say that I have never had a better carpet cleaning job. .. all the carpets looked like new. We plan on using W & S again and would highly recommend them in every way.

We have an 80 pound dog who got sick while we were asleep and didn't make it outside. By the time we discovered it the damage was done. We looked up companies in our area on Angie's List and picked W & S. They were very friendly and after picking up the rug and quoting a price it was determined that the process didn't get all the smell out and they said they were going to put the rug back through the process again. I'll have to admit I could see the cost going up. However, when the owners called and brought the rug out they presented me with an invoice that reflected the original price quote. I was very impressed with them and their professionalism but didn't feel it was fair to them based on the additional work they did. My wife and I increased the invoice...and then paid it.

I was very pleased. Mrs. Arrington scheduled the cleaning for a time convenient for me, and the carpet came out great. Walter was very conscientious, pretreating stained areas and just doing a super job for a better price than I had paid large companies in the past. He also did a better job. He also did a good job removing as much water as possible before he left, so the carpet was pretty dry by dinnertime. The areas that were stained before still look great (and that wasn't the case with the previous company I used).

I rate them A+...Walter and his wife were very pleasant and did a top notch job. From the actual quote to the job performed...my carpets look brand new.

Two workers showed up right on time. They were very professional and did a super job on the carpets. I have used other carpet clesning services that could not remove pet stains, but this company did. The carpet looks great, and i will use these folks again. It was well worth the cost.

They did an excellent job. I had some steps in my townhouse which upped the price. They were very kind and they looked at my upholstery and said he didn't think it need cleaned. They were very honest. They are wonderful and did a great job.

W & S did an absolutley great job cleaning my carpets. I have lived in the house almost 12 years and I never had my carpets cleaned as good as they were cleaned by W & S. My adult daughter said that Sharita and Walter were very , very nice and very professional. I will most definitely use them again and I would highly recommend their service.

Excellent service and overall a wonderful experience! We called and got an estimate over the phone which was right on target with what we paid after the work was completed. The service was on time, professional and very very good quality. We were shocked at how well the stains came out and how much attention to detail we received. I would definitely use this service again. In fact, we are already discussing other areas in the house we could get cleaned simply because of how great the service and outcome was with this experience.

Walter was on time, friendly, and scheduled us into his day because we had another company not show up. Carpets look great and both Walter and the lady I spoke to on the phone were extremely pleasant and very customer oriented. They saved the day for us!
