W & S Professional Carpet Cleaning

Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet in our 3 bedrooms, stairs and downstairs finished basement. Showed up on time and explained everything he was going to be doing to the carpets. Very informative and did a great job managing my expectations.

They were very responsive and when they arrived on time and began work as soon as they did a quick walk thru. They began by vacuuming the house and then cleaned the carpet and scotch guarded the house and where in and out in 2 hours. We were VERY pleased with the whole experience. If you are looking to get your floors done I would not hesitate to give them a call.

Walter arrived on time and immediately started to work moving the furniture in our master bedroom (king size bed, thick mattress, long dresser filled with clothes, armoire filled with clothes, two bedside chests filled with stuff). As he steam cleaned the carpets, I wiped down the backs of the furniture, walls and all baseboards. He then replaced the furniture and put foam blocks under each piece of furniture. This continued into the other two bedrooms. Next, he cleaned the hall, approximately 15 carpeted steps leading to the basement, the den (moved the couch, two tables and two recliners), the living room (moved a long couch, chest and two loveseats) and the Chef's Pantry (moved a couch). In the den, living room and Chef's Pantry, we told him not to bother moving heavy pieces, such as the piano, filled bookcases, filled china cabinets, etc. When he was finished, we asked him to put Scotch Guard on all of the carpet, which he did. There were no hidden fees. Treating for spots on the carpet was included in the price. I had been given a quote of $200 sight unseen. After he got here, I asked him to also clean the living room and the Chef's Pantry (at an additional charge of $15 each and to apply Scotch Guard to all of the carpet ($115). I was extremely pleased with Walter and his wife and will definitely call them again in the future. I've used many carpet cleaning services over the years, but W & S Professional Carpet Cleaning IMHO is the best!

They were so friendly and went right to work! They vacuumed the couches first, then shampooed them. After that, they scotchgared them! Water that got on the floor was cleaned up. I would definitely use them again!

Walter did a fantastic job on our carpets and rugs. Carpets had pet stains and he did an excellent job removing the stains. He was very punctual with a call to let us know he was on his way and very professional. We would highly recommend this service provider.

They could not have been nicer. They kept me informed on exactly when they would arrive, and weren't in a huge rush to leave so we could check their work. I will likely use them in the future as long as I am living in the area. I have nothing negative to say.

Great, I have used them before to clean a suede couch sectional (large) and the same rooms (master bedroom, family room and small study) and basement stairs. Also cleaned a small area rug in front of the refrigerator that I had spilled something on. They pretreat stains. Very thorough. Husband and wife owned business. Very good about appointments. CLeaned on Saturdays and Sundays since I work during the week.They will put you on a follow up list and contact you about doing another service. Very nice people!!!

There were a couple of spots where my worn out very old carpet couldn't release it's stain, but that was not their fault. It is old carpet. They had their work cut out for them with all the pet stains. They were pretty nice people. I hope the rose and rosemary cuttings I gave them rooted and grew.

Scheduled service and received price quote over the phone. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and quietly. They moved all of the furniture and set all of furniture on styrofoam squares to protect carpet while drying. Removed some stubborn stains. Carpet looks like new. We are very pleased and will continue to use this company. The slightly higher price is worth their dependability and quality of work.

Best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. I have pets and they took the time to pre-soak accident areas after asking me where they were....Placed styrofoam pads under the legs of all furniture that was touching the cleaned areas to avoid damage to furniture and to carpet. Moved furniture to clean underneath and didn't go around things. Mature business owner who doesn't hire teenagers to do their work. Professional, prompt and quality conscious. Use them...you will not regret it!

I called W&S Professional Carpet cleaning after I busted an entire jug of milk at the bottom of my stairs. I cleaned up what I couild, but after a day or two it soured and permeated the entire house. My wife found excellent reviews for W&S on Angie's list, so I called them. They were very responsive. At first I scheduled them for Friday because of my tight schedule, but I called back to see if they could come earlier in the week but later in the day, and they rescheduled for 4:00 on Tuesday. They arrived on time and began by surveying the house and asking exactly what I wanted. They had heavy duty equipment that extended from the back of their van all the way up the stairs and to the end of our house on the second floor. They were VERY thorough, and gave particular attention to the spot where I spilled the milk. They were there until about 9:00, working the entire time, and the total charge was just $250. Time will tell if the milk smell is entirely gone, but so far so good. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
