Mr. Elliot gave me a very detailed explanation of what was needed in my yard. He answered all of my questions about how to sprinkler system worked and how the sprinkler heads should be placed for the best coverage. He broke down the cost and went over the materials that are would be used. He was very open to all of my many questions and answered in a way I could understand. He was very professional and made me feel like I could trust his word on everything he promised. I felt very comfortable choosing ELLIOTT IRRIGATION Co. Inc. over the other companies I interviewed. His team came to install on a given date as promised and his crew did an excellent job. Each day they totally cleaned up my yard where it would look nice even though they were coming back the next day. I could not be more pleased with the performance of my sprinkler system as well as the installation process. His men worked very hard and hardly ever took a break until the job was finished. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The consultation was very thorough and Mr. Elliott was punctual and very open about cost. The day of the scheduled work, was started on time and finished as promised. There were additional items addressed by Mr. Elliott that he did not charge extra for beyond estimate. In addition, the water pressure for the system was adjusted to make system function as intended. The explanation for each zones needed corrections was clearly explained during the consultation. Finally, the system was set to run appropriately for shrubs and yard. The sprinkler system is now working wonderfully and it's amazing to see it work the way it's supposed to. The cost my be on the higher side of estimates, but he is a true professional, that focuses solely on irrigation and the results are worth it.

My husband was at home and watched the entire process. He had to tell the technician how to use the controller for the system. My husband had diagnosed the problem and was able to direct them immediately to the problem area, showing the crew where the master valve and cutoff valve are located. So, all the troubleshooting was done before the crew arrived. This meant the crew was able to do their work in a very short time.

They quoted me a fair price, did excellent work, stuck to their original quote and worked well. They also replaced the sections of grass they had turned up and you could hardly tell where they had worked. Excellent quality and very professional people, very informative and helpful, especially when dealing with someone that needed to have the process explained. Their section of the business that did just the drainage work is called E Drains, but it's the same company. First rate. This work was done at a rental house that I own on my street.

I called the office, set up a time for them to come to our house and they showed up on time. Fixed the problem along with a couple of other minor issues they noticed, and left. Very efficient and professional. Great experience with Elliot.

I have used them for over eight years. I have had basically the same crew come out every time. They take care of my system. They fix everything that the landscapers break.

Called and made an appointment. The initiated was their within the time started, worked hard to access and repair damage and left the yard in condition.

We moved into the residence in early February and our first water bill was for 34,000 gallons. We could only surmise a water leak was the culprit and it must be in the sprinkler system because we recently had the septic tank emptied and no water was gushing out when they opened it. A call to the water company revealed that this amount of consumption was not unusual for the property. I contacted Elliot because of the reviews on this site. They were able to come out within 2 days of contacting them. They brought a crew of 3. They were early and had already located a few key components by the time I got home. Once they had a scope of the work needed, I was quoted a price and options. They found a bad valve and replaced it. They went through the system and got all of the zones working. Only 3 worked before and now all 7 are in operation. They did have to locate and rewire one of the valves, which was an extra expense. They also rewired the timer unit. I was missing a few heads and had some others that were damaged. I did not have them repair/replace those. The final price was slightly higher than the initial estimate because of difficulty with the valve that needed rewiring. All in all, I am very pleased with the service. The employees were helpful and knowledgable. The work went smoothly and quickly. I have no basis of comparison for the cost, but given what my water bill was, the work they did will pay for itself in savings within 2-3 months.

The work was excellent. I was surprised at the cost.

We contacted them because they had done some repair work to our front irrigation system and it seemed to be very reasonable. They were local. They were very prompt and the guy who came out was very nice. They came out and looked at what I had and gave me a written quote. I had no complaints other than that their price was twice higher than someone who had basically quoted for the same equipment and same product. I just felt that the quote was little out of fine. I had got two other quotes which were couple of hundred dollars different from each other and Elliott Irrigation Company Inc was almost twice more than that. They had also sent an email and I had replied as to why I didn't go with them. The guy was fine but the only thing was the price. They were timely, prompt and gave me the quote immediately.

They did a good job. The bill was mailed to me with no breakdown of services performed and the Angie's List coupon was not applied. I callled the office and everything was resolved. Final bill was $232.00

Their price was little high and that was not the lowest also. Their service was good. They came out when they were supposed to come and they inspected the system in April and also replaced one and gave an estimate and suggestion about the improvement of the system. They did the inspection and replacement within two weeks and then they gave the suggestions and estimate for the improvement of the system but I didn't get it done as the price was pretty high. They did the work very efficiently and properly and I was pleased with the work they did.

He was going to charge me $16700.00. As far as the quote, it was very very high. I got another quote from another company for $3700.00 so it was a huge difference. I thought he was nice. According to Angie's List, he got a very good rating. It was way out of line as far as price. He may have priced it that high because he didn't want the job. I wish he would have just said that he didn't want the job. Part of the problem is that the place where I live apparently has a lot of red tape as far as getting a permit in the city of Birmingham. It runs business away from doing anything because it is so cumbersome.

Responsive to my call for service and worked with me to set up an appointment that worked for me. Called before they came. Performed work as requested and acted in a courteous and professional manner.

The workers arrived on time and presented an estimate prior to starting, performed the required work in a timely and professional manner, answered all my questions, and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely call Elliot Irrigation Company for any future repairs and would recommend them to anyone. I would rate them Excellent on Price, Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism.

They were really good. They told me what they were going to do before they did it so that I could approve it. The price was very reasonable.

Very Good. They found some hidden problems and it took about three trips to complete all.

Elliott Irrigation Company did a great job installing the system. They had to work through a lot of rain while putting this system in. I must give them credit for their diligence in pressing on to complete the job through all the rain.

The guys that came out were super nice. They had to make some repairs on the sprinkler heads that were not sprinkling properly. I also had them add two additional heads to reach the small backyard. I am not sure how many were not working right but they made some adjustments and now they are all fine. I was happy with the price since I didn't have to buy all new heads. It took about two hours to complete.

The service was done well and the company has very competitive prices. If something is broken they will come and fix it right away and sometimes at no cost to me. The workers are very friendly and interested in making you pleased with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was pleased with the crew and the job they did. After the job was completed I couldn't even tell where they had dung to add the extension. My sprinkler system works perfect. I couldn't be happier with the job.
