Went very well. They were fast and punctual and seemed to know what they were doing. Minor glitch: they initially tried to repair one solenoid, but that didn't work, so they had to replace after all. But they really didn't pad the bill for that and it didn't take them long. We'll see if it's all still working next month, but for now I am very pleased.

They only had one guy and he was sick a lot. Hire some more help they do a good job when they do come, but not that reliable.

EXCELLENT! I feel like Mr. Elliott was honest about what was needed. Another company could have sold me the hardware - valves, sprinklers, etc. and charged me the labor to "fix" it even the zone itself was fine. I know I'm not the only one who has paid for car repairs that weren't needed or even not even done.

Dwight, the owner, showed up with a young helper, they inspected and tested the system. The Hunter products they used ranged in price on a google search from 7.38-20. when they finished Dwight said he had no idea how much the bill would be. And I said, "really? the owner has no idea?" I didn't say it to his face, comment after the fact. When the bill arrived two days later I was floored. I had used them several times before, and going through the system and replacing a couple of heads ran 100-200 dollars.

Dwight Elliot and his crew are fantastic. No BS and he doesn't oversell the job! I have no doubt that if he didn't know how to fix a problem, he would just say so. Fortunately for me, he knows what he's doing and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Very friendly and polite. WILL hire again for sure.

It went fine until I found out how much the bill was going to be. In my opinion, $600.00 is excessive for the amount of work done.

Elliot was timely on the appointment and the technician was able to go through all the items I asked him to do. He even suggested I DIDN'T do one of the things because it wasn't needed. He could have just did it, charged me and moved on. I tried several other sprinkler companies with little luck. Elliot's price was a little higher than expected but the bottom line is they resolved the issues. From everything I have read, if it isn't right, they will make sure it is. I will use them again if any new issues come up.

Fourth sprinkler company I called. First to deliver, called ahead, met appointment, provide professional efficient service.

I called Elliott irrigation because I had used them before and had great results. During the previous service call they were prompt, fixed my problem and called to tell me what the problem had been. So several months later when the system would not come on at all I of course called them. They came to my house, fixed the problem and called to tell me what the problem was--something about tripping the electricity that turned on the system. Because it was such a minor problem ( to them anyway) and did not take but a few minutes of their time-THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME!! This is a company that will always be on my speed dial!! They could have easily charged me for a service call which would have been justified but being the honest people that they are they chose not to. I applaud them and highly recommend this company!

I tried to use the schedule service button from Angies List, but after not hearing from them for a week, I called. They said they have never received any info from Angie's List and do not make appointments through them. They were appologetic and quickly made an appointment to come out to check the system. Mr. Elliott is very personable and knowledgeable. His crew checked out the entire system and fixed what needed to be repaired in less than 30 minutes. Mr. Elliott said he thought the repairs weren't very costly, then we received a bill for $345 minus a 15% discount from Angie's List. That is costly in my book. But the system is working perfectly.

For the initial work, the men came out, checked the entire irrigation system, and made the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The system box was replaced at that time. All needed materials were on the truck. They also came back out to check on a sprinkler head that wasn't working. It was replaced at that time, and at my request, they rechecked the entire system. I would gladly recommend Eliott Irrigation Company.

They called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They were professional and did an excellent job. The work was time in a timely manner.

After their quick response to my phone call, they arrived on time and were very prompt to getting the job done. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and completed the work just as fast. after checking In to ensure my satisfaction with their work, they adjusted my sprinkler heads and raised the water pressure.

I have used Elliott several times in the past, and they are always courteous and professional and do very good work, and this time was no exception. They arrived promptly, performed the work required, and ONLY the work required (i.e., no and quot;gougingand quot;) and finished the job(s) with a minimum of mess to the yard and they cleaned up all of their ground work. The owner himself even took the time to report exactly what was done after the work, and pointed out any and all issues.

I contacted Elliott Irrigation Company because of the positive referrals the company received on Angie's List. Mr. Elliott and his entire staff are professional, dependable and skillful. I had discovered that three stations of my irrigation system were not working, so I wanted prompt service since hot weather had arrived in our area. I was able to get an appointment to get an estimate within 48 hours. Mr. Elliott called 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way, then arrived promptly at the scheduled time, evaluated the situation and gave a reasonable estimate. The day the work was done, he and his crew arrived promptly -- again calling 30 minutes prior to their arrival -- with the necessary equipment and, more importantly, with the know-how to solve the problem. The work was completed efficiently and skillfully. Mr. Elliott and his team made sure that all eight stations of my irrigation system were functioning properly. At my request, he also located the additional valves in my yard, in case I may need to know that in the future. This is a professionally run business with an owner and staff who care about the customer being satisfied with the service rendered. I received very prompt and courtesy service all of his staff. Phone calls returned quickly and service schedule within a reasonable time frame. Mr. Elliott and his crew were Excellent.. They were on time for the service call and kept me informed on what was being done to repair my system.I have owned my for a while and knew the irrigation system did not work properly when I purchased the house. I had no background to give Mr. Elliott on the system it was a challenge because it had not been used in such a long time but he and his crew enjoyed the challenge just finding all the heads, many were hidden. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work and the company. I will be recommending Elliott Irrigation to all my friends and co-workers.

I contacted Elliott Irrigation after an extremely unfortunate experience with another Irrigation repair group. I revealed that Scott Smith of Mr. Sprinkles irrigation repairs had verbal abused me and threatened me and had maliciously attempt to damage my irrigation box and had also attempted to charge me an $85 inspection fee for what had previously be expressed as a free inspection call. Dwight Elliot was both compassionate and professional in his concern and offered to come to my home, as soon as possible and determine the damage that Mr. Sprinkles (Scott Smith) had done to my irrigation system. He advised me that what had possibly been done could have indeed damaged my system and advised that I not attempt to use the system until it was checked. I contacted Dwight after hours and set up a time that he had as a next available appointment. Although I was able to have my system checked earlier with another Angie's provider, at a time that preceded my scheduled appt. with Dwight, I am extremely confident that Elliott Irrigation offers outstanding service and excels in their field. Dwight contacted me several hours before our previously scheduled appointment and even after hearing I had been able to have my system fixed, spent additional time verifying that my system was functioning properly. Had he not advised me to have my system checked by a reliable service, I would have permanently damaged my system. Elliott's Irrigation is definitely on my future go to list as a irrigation repair service, for their knowledge, professionalism, punctuality and courtesy!

They were wonderful except their pricing was very high.

They arrived on time after a phone call to let us know they were already on the way. They wasted no time in relocating one sprinkler head, replacing one and adjusting others. We were amazed at how efficient and professional they were. They did not want payment at the time of service and opted to send us a bill a few days later. I would use them again in a heartbeat. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

These guys are top notch! They use quality materials and their workmanship is amazing! In addition, they are always available when you have questions and are very quick to come out for any services calls. My experience has been extremely positive in all instances and I would absolutely use them again in the future. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering an irrigation or lighting system...

ll I have a six-zone sprinkler system that needed fixing. They showed up on time, worked hard, got it working. $1600. OK, there was a lot to do. Two weeks later the controller burns out. They show up, claim it was lighting. Perhaps it was: there did appear to be charred stuff inside the controller. $680 for a new controller, 30 minutes to install. I checked on amazon: this was a dirt-cheap controller, $150 including six zone modules retail, and I am sure that they paid a lot less for it. Also, while I will never know and ceratainly lighting can fry anything made by man, one wonders if a less cheap controller would have lasted more than two weeks. Bottom line: they will show up on time, they will get the job done, they will be very polite. And you will pay a premium for it. If cost is no object go for it. For me, I just can't afford this. If it burns out yet again I will buy a heavy-duty unit and figure out how to install it myself. Your mileage may vary: this was my experience.
