He was always here when he said he would be. Our gate had to be built and hung and he did a very good job. We will call him back for other jobs.

Mr. Kahle is very professional. He is also reliable and responsive. Several other providers never even called me back and a couple wouldn't do the job because it was too small. I described the job over the phone, he said it was something he could do, and we set up a time for him to take a look at it. Mr. Kahle was punctual and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of the initial inspection. The job had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to the weather (roofing in general is weather dependent, but especially so in the winter), and each time he called to work out the time. The work itself was well done and reasonably priced. We have a lot of other work that will need to be done on our old farmhouse as we slowly renovate it, and we will call Mr. Kahle first.

He did a fantastic job for us! Our floor had a tricky spot with a curved front of a fireplace and he installed a laminate floor and it just looks perfect! I don't remember the cost but I do remember it was reasonable.

Dan Kahle (the owner) did a great job and all the work ended up looking just like we expected it to. He was very easy to work with and he communicated with us all along the way. A problem came up that neither of us had counted on and we were both able to renegotiate and work out a new deal based on some more work and materials that he needed to do. He utilized another man to help him at times, and that man was not always available when he thought he might be. But to be fair, the house wasn't always available for Dan to work when he wanted to either. But with a little give and take, everything got done in a reasonable amount of time and it was done well. So we're very satisfied.

Responsiveness to my call was prompt and we were very happy to have the job completed quickly. Dan did a great job at an affordable price. Our dryer was taking longer and longer to dry our clothes and the lint was building up on everything. We found that our existing dryer vent tubing had broken due to poor quality, lint clogs and lack of maintenance. Dan replaced the old vent with a new, sturdier one as well as the exterior cover and flap that blow to the outdoors. Everything runs great now and our drying time has been cut in half! We were very pleased and will definitely have him back to work on other projects.

I called Daniel about a building project I needed done badly. It say's service's include "No Job too small we can do it all." When he called and he said who he was "I told him I needed a door replaced and a porch built as rain was ruining my door. He said he could replace the door but couldn't build the porch as his license wouldn't allow it. I said that's crazy, I can't replace the door until the porch is built.

Dan is an excellent handyman. He shows up on time, works hard, and finishes only when the work area is clean. I will continue using him for all my work around the house.

Dan did an outstanding job, especially considering he had to transport materials across a lake, deal with the cold and even snow, clear some bushes and trees, and finally had to handle some angry geese. He did it all professionally and punctually. He is a very dependable worker, and we would use his services again.

Overall it was a good experience. I plan to call Daniel for other handyman works, particularly on my rental properties.

We were having issues with the fuse box and one of the light switches had been installed incorrectly. He fixed the light switch and did some repair work in the attic and bath a former person that our home warranty had sent out. He put up a free way where there should not have been one. So if you turn off one switch it turned off the entire circuit. He came back and he hot wired around it so all the lights in the hallway always stayed on. So this guy, Daniel Kahle came in during his lunch break basically, in 15 minutes fixed it. He was glad that he came and did it because he said what the other guy did was a fire hazard. He also does stone masonry; tile that sort of work as well. I will use him again.
