Work was performed quickly and professionally. I had to have a return visit to come up with a better solution for screening to keep the squirrels away. Once the hardware cloth was in place, the issue was resolved. He came up with some ideas for installing it that really helped to assure the determined critters wouldn't get in and yet did not destroy the ascetics of the structure.

Went very well. One small item required a call back, and it was done the next day.

We just closed on our new home in Baker's Farm and were trying to sandwich in contractors for work to be done before the movers delivered 16,500 pounds of our household goods. We wanted to clean the property and seal 533 square feet of ceramic floor tile grout before the goods arrived. We contacted Daniel on September 5, and he was willing to do our work on Labor Day. He even helped us pick out the right product. We will definitely use Daniel in the future for more handyman jobs around the house.

He was at my home promptly at the agreed upon time. I felt like he gave me a fair quote. He was very professional. Although, I did not use him for this particular project, I would not hesitate to contact him in the future.

Dan is one the the nicest, most personable yet professional people I have met. When he gives an estimate, he stands by it. He is always punctual and very thorough in his work. When he cleans up, there is nothing left to show that work was accomplished. I have used him several times, and will continue to use him in the future. If you call him and he does not answer, you can be assured that he will return your call within the next day. And, when he gives you an estimate, he will talk to you about his suggested solution, but will also give you alternatives. Dan was always on time. Got the staircase moved in time to park a classic car I was having delivered. Everything went on time. He had good ideas and didn't mind working in the attic on a HOT day to get the job done. I don't think the $$ amount I have listed is accurate because I couldn't find all of my cancelled checks to verify the total. But he is reasonable and honest.

The experience turned out fantastic. They were very thorough, it looks very good and he did a lot around my schedule. He came out and finished the job in exactly the length of time he said he would. It looks great. He would call an hour ahead of time to find out if it was okay to come and one time when it wasn't I called him in literally 30 minutes and we made other arrangements instantaneously so that worked out really well.

They did an outstanding job. They showed up when they were supposed to and for the most part finished when they estimated. The one thing I want to point out was the attention to detail and quality performed. Dan and team did an excellent job of making sure every detail was covered.
