They don't use chemicals so you don't have that chemical smell when they have treated the lawn. The lawn seems to be free of weeds. I like what they have been doing.

I like that they don't use harsh chemicals because I am allergic to some of the chemicals that lawn care companies use. They also give me a proper instruction about what to do after they have completed their service. Also, I pay a yearly price because I get a discount on their services.

They are wonderful. They are very nice people. They do fantastic work. They are very informative and helpful.

Patrick came while I was at work and left the estimate on our door. He called the same day to tell me that he had come by earlier. The next day he called to review the estimate. He said he worked for, I think, 13 years, with another company and told me about how Turf Doctors, Inc. compares to their competition (namely TruGreen). They offer a 10% prepaid discount but even with that their prices were almost double from the lowest estimate we received from 3 companies. Patrick gave me some good questions to ask the other companies to see if they were comparable. One of the companies didn't really compare but the another did and at a better price. We chose to go the other company.

I learned about this company through a nutritional meeting I had attended in Hartselle, AL. I so impressed with the ingredients that they use I decided to try them for a year. I loved their services so much that I used their discounted yearly prepaid option. I have used this company for 3 years now and find them very professional. My yard has never looked better. Living in the country I have found less and less fire ant hills in the yard.

Used Turf Doctor for several years and my yard looked great until 3 years ago when they started using organic chemicals. I contacted them after 6 months of the chemical change and told them that half of my front yard was not green or growing. They initially said it was because of my trees. I explained to them that they are very small and there is no problem with the sunlight. Then they said that the yard needed aerated and offered me the service. I told them that the yard is aerated every spring. They said they would retreat it and keep an eye on it. The person I spoke to stated that I had a bad infestation of June bugs and they would treat my shrubs, at a cost. I explained that I had seen very few June bugs and had not noticed any problems with them. I gave the company one more year to get my yard back to what it was. In January 2011 I sent them a note with my final payment stating simply I wasn't happy with their service anymore. After being a long time customer I expected a response. I received none.

I have been pretty pleased with them. I can see results from their treatments. The representative that comes to our house seems knowledgeable and they are pretty responsive too. The price that I pay them for their routine visits is usually 56 dollars to 65 dollars, but the price that I paid for their last visit was for a special treatment. I would continue to use their services in the future too.

They worked with me on price and gave me a better deal because I paid upfront. They also gave me a choice of visits to cut the cost, wherein the other companies did not.

When I called they were very quick to return my call, came out to give estimate as soon as possible and used organic material which will not ruin the grass and other things.

They came recommended by a neighbor. They are really nice people. It will be some time before I can tell about the effectiveness. The grass is greener. They work quickly and efficiently.
