Description of Work: The technician did a through inspection of all areas covered by the agreement. They've always been prompt. No problems when I've had to reschedule. The one issue I have is that the price for annual inspections has gone up nearly $100 over the 5 or 6 years I've used them. That's rather steep over the short period of time, in my opinion.

Description of Work: Been a customer since 1988. Have had termite damage twice and Terminix treated and replaced all damages...no additional cost to us. Our annual premium has gone up, but we gladly pay after what they did for us. I would recommend if you're looking for a reputable company.

Description of Work: Quarterly pest control service. Spray around outside of house. The only negative thing about Terminix is it seems the price goes up a couple of bucks every year and it has been this way for the last 3 years. Overall this is a very good company to use. Also have my termite bond with Terminix.

Description of Work: Terminix was supposed to inspect my property annually for termites, however, termites destroyed one side of my house and by the time the damage was discovered this company claimed that since the termites had moved on and there was no evidence of a live mound they were not responsible for the damage. They were rude and difficult to deal with. Consequently we no longer use this company.

Description of Work: Kill my grass, too many empty promises. I question if they actually did service at times. When I switched services, I ended up with more weeds. Seems like they only treated the front and didn't do the sides or back. Last service was in the fall of 2014.

Description of Work: Annual termite inspection. Terminix sends you an email and phone message text telling you when they set up your appt. You can accept that time or go online (or call the old fashioned way) and change it. They came exactly when they said they were coming. Technician was very professional, did his job, and left!

Description of Work: we have a bond with them as the original company was acquired by them. They are adequate, but 1) their dispatching of people is inconsistent and confusing (for yearly inspections). The first year, a salesman made the call and he said that we had to pay for new treatment/upgrade to maintain service. Four days later, someone else showed up to do inspection, and when I told him what the other guy said and I did not intend to continue service on that basis, he indicated he was totally incorrect-did inspection and we have not had the same issue since. AS I indicated not sure the left and right hand know what they are doing. have not has a claim.

+ -1 moreWe are happy with their services and they always come on the day they say they will. They are very thorough, come back if you want them to, ask you if you want them to come inside and spray, and tell you that if you see anything after a few days to call them and they will come back.

+ -1 moreAwful. It appears the Terminix annual "inspections" did not include two rear walls of my property which are difficult, but not impossible, to access. One wall of my garage ended up being completely eaten through by termites. Calling Terminix, it took them two weeks to visit to inspect the situation. When they did, they sent someone who was neither qualified to recommend treatment or negotiate on settlement (despite me showing him large chunks of wood with active termites crawling around in them that I could break off from the windowsill). He arrived at the very tail end of the promised service window, which placed me in a rush to get back to work. He claimed to have to report back to their main office, after which someone would contact me on "next steps". Two months later, no one has contacted me back (I've already replaced the wall and window and am waiting to see how long they will go before I lodge a BBB report). So it appears I pay in the neighborhood of $200-$300 a year for them to come out, poke around my property halfheartedly, not treat, and not do anything when an entire wall is eaten away by termites. That's bordering on consumer fraud. At bare minimum, this is unprofessional and disastrous consumer service. Avoid Terminix/Huntsville like the plague.
