Description of Work: Moved household goods from one house to another. |Ben was awesome. Anything that went wrong he made right - and then some. He made sure I was satisfied with final service. He was not one of the movers but he did show up during the move to make sure my bed was moved correctly and he was available after to answer questions.

Description of Work: Motivated Movers moved all major appliances from my home into my garage so we could have flooring laid. Then they them back into place and hooked them back up afterward. They were prompt and repaired some obvious dings to the front door and door frame without question. The only negative was that a couple problems occurred while moving the 2-year old refrigerator; these issues were evaluated, but not repaired since there was no external/visible damage.

+ -1 moreThe one thing I would mention is that they lost some small parts from my furniture. I called them that evening after I noticed them missing. They said they'd check the truck, but I didn't hear back from them.

+ -1 moreThey went out of their way to do a good job. They brought four men and I thought they would only bring three. The price was exactly as they quoted. We had a lot of trash that needed moving and they did that as well too. Price and professionalism was great. I would highly recommend motivated movers.
