I had a very good experience with Continental Roofing. Steve Croft was the salesman and my main contact person during the process. He helped guide me through the whole insurance process, and product choices. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous The crew did a good job with the roof, and the cleanup afterward. There were a few things that needed attention after the job was complete, and the crew came back to finish everything up. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

They were excellent. The price was good. The insurance paid for it. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

The initial consultation was very professional. However, when the roof was put on I discovered that the ridge vents didn't cover the same area that was cut out for them. There was approximately 1 foot on either end of each section of ridge that was covered only by shingles. It took me 3 months of steady calling to get them to come out and do something about it. When they did, they installed a different model of ridge vent over the affected areas adjacent to the original. It was very noticeable, but with the hard time I had getting them there in the first place, I gave up on getting anything done. When they did my roof, they used crews of non-English speaking workers not supervised by anyone who did. Also, there were shingles left in the yard when the second vent sections were installed.

This is an awful company. They do allot of advertising and a friend recommended them to us, but we wish we had gone with another company. They use nothing but Mexicans to do the work, none of them spoke English, we weren't able to express concerns to them during the job as a result. Many of them exposed themselves while urinating in our backyard. My wife was extremely upset ! They left a huge mess on our property and the roof is still not right. Missing shingles, uneven spacing, damaged gutters, damaged fascia board, shingles sticking up, they made a huge mess of our attic after cutting ridge vent. They didn't arrive on time, would just up and leave during the job, constantly left us a mess to clean up. Just the worst experience ever ! Their slogan is "We're on top of it", nothing could be further from the truth ! We filed a complaint with the BBB, they have yet to respond to it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!
