Description of Work: Inspected the roof and found a problem that could have become a huge problem as time progressed. I had no idea there was a problem in this area. It was repaired immediately at a fair price.

Description of Work: 1 Stop was a pleasant experience. They showed up three days after I called to provide an estimate. This was an out-of-pocket roofing job, not an insurance claim job. My old roof was nine years past its guaranteed life and we have a squirrel problem in my neighborhood which damaged fascia and soffits. As 1 Stop advertises itself as a roofing and exterior contractor I decided to go with them. |They showed up an hour before schedule due to having an overnight rainstorm and used blowers to clear off a two year buildup of leaves wet from the storm and dry the roof so they could start the roofing task. The whole crew, roofers and carpenters, worked non-stop and completed work in one day including the roofing, carpentry, painting and cleanup. |From an earlier Angie's List review I saw that there was a problem at one jog where the old roofing trash bin sunk into the lawn. I my case, the bin was parked in my driveway under the highest point on the roof (I have a tri-level with the highest peak 20 feet off the ground. The roofing crew hand carried the old shingles up to the highest peak to throw them into the bin. They must be part mountain goat. From estimate to completion 1 Step was right on target. Do business with them again? Definite yes.

Description of Work: Replaced and upgraded roof. Installed ridge vent. Replaced shutters and exterior light fixtures. Had insulation blown into bring up to industry standard. Demo'd existing fence and installed a brand new fence. Also painted interior ceiling to cover water spot damage. They were very professional and completed all existing work on time and within insurance scope.
