I had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,

The job went well and was the best price. I got quotes from 5 companies.

No money has been paid. Good work on roof, but broken rail on deck. Still need new gutters and leaf shield installed.

I called for an estimate in the late afternoon and set up an appointment for the next day. The estimator arrived on time, completed an inspection and told me to check e-mail that afternoon for the estimate. The estimate came through in a couple of hours and I accepted the terms. The repair team was here the next day and completed repairs in a timely manner. I will hire 1stop Roofing again when needed. A pleasant experience overall.

I called and asked them to come out for an estimate. They came that afternoon and were very honest and helpful. He and I got on the roof and he showed me that it was a very minor issue and told me how to repair it. He didn't charge me and was very upfront. This is a high integrity company with a good owner.

The estimate for repair was $1470. Various things were done to make the drainage better. In the next rain, I noticed water was still getting in. They came back and figured out that most of my chimney had damage from (for example) woodpeckers. I then paid an additional $2280. It looks nice now. I think they did a good job, but it cost a lot, and a lot more than the original estimate. They were punctual and professional, but communication could have been better. Some personal explanations about what they were doing and why would have helped. What I got was electronic descriptions of what they were doing, but not why and the reasons it was the right thing to do. It is hard to judge the quality for a long-term solution to my water problem without observing long-term.

Everyone was professional. They worked around equipment from other contractors. They were polite. They were quick & sure. My husband was impressed with the crew & that is saying something. The crew that came out to hang the gutters, (we got hit by rains), were awesome. They spotted an issue with the downspouts on the West side of the house near the end of their job here, went to their next assignment, then came back & made my downspouts right. When we had looked at the problem, we just agreed to get it done, I'd call the Boss & get it added to the bill. They trusted I would do it. I did. Isn't that just awesome?!

This was definitely one of the best experiences that I have ever had working with a contractor. Josh Fields examined our roof, gave us a good price on his quote, did the work in a professional and timely manner, and refused payment until everything was completed and cleaned up to his satisfaction including repairing a section of gutter that was accidentally damaged during the roofing installation. If only all contractors were this pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend 1Stop Roofing & Exteriors.

Excellent experience. Josh and his crew did excellent work. Spent the extra time to make it perfect. Very professional. Answered all my questions. He would not take any money until the job was done to my satisfaction. He corrected all the small things I discovered without any hassle. Cleaned all debris. Fair price, especially since the job took a bit longer than we first estimated. Would highly recommend him and his company.

They came out on time and completed the work quickly. No issues.

Went well. They were a lower quote than others, but the work being done was also less, so not a 1 to 1 comparison. They were on time, did the work they said they were going to do, and were gone in no time.

I had called another roofer who said he would be here two weeks ago and never heard from him again. His price was lots more than 1 Stop. I called One Stop yesterday, got an estimate last night, they fixed the roof this afternoon. Price was reasonable and service was professional and considerate. This is my roofing company from now on.

They were great! The staff was professional and the work was done quickly. I would use them again.

It went very well. The team was on site early and worked late, completing ~1600 sq ft of steep-angled 2-story roof in a single day, with minimal debris left behind (a couple shingles and a piece of plastic caught in a tree branch. Given the amount of material and the lack of nails found afterward, I can't complain at all). Note: There is a surcharge for payment with a CC that is not mentioned on the invoice, only on the quote. That was my fault for not noticing, but it stung all the same and everyone should be aware. A small ding on responsiveness when I queried about some small interior drywall follow-up work went unanswered. For the roof replacement, they were very prompt and helpful.

It went great!! Jeremy's crew replaced the fan in just a matter of minutes, but then discovered the second attic fan had quit working. The second attic fan had been installed by Jeremy and crew last year in March so the warranty had expired. Jeremy replaced the second attic fan and only charged me for the fan. I thought that was more than gracious and now I have two brand new attic fans working like a charm. This company is awesome and I would hire them again if I have any roofing needs.

There was an additional $934. I was hoping that it would cover everything but they said it didn't.

I wasn't that impressed with it they did come out they said well we are just out looking for roof damage, he was looking for insurance basically and he said we don't get that money angieslist gets that money. so really what he came out [01:05] it's the way I look at it and there were places that could have been fixed then he was like yeah [01:16] well he could be right, it would be cheaper if a handyman come and did it which he would be right on that.

We originally had this company come out in November of 2014 to repair a leak (after a heavy rain, we had literally a flood in our den during a rainstorm!) We paid $1500 for this repair and waited about two months to have a painter come in to repaint an upstairs bedroom, den and re-popcorn the den ceiling that was damaged by the leak. This roof repair was under warranty for one year. In Dec. of 2015 (one month off warranty), we again noted a leak affecting the newly popcorned ceiling. Our insurance company would not cover any of this, but did send out an independent roofer to go up and look at the old repair job and take pictures. He recommended we call 1st stop back. Jeremy came back out and said he would honor the warranty but it would be at a discounted cost us an additional $1400 to rebuild the back of the chimney, put on a new chimney cap and repaint the inside damage. The work was completed and we did negotiate a discount to $1000 since his crew did have to put in labor and materials to do redo this job. This last repair will be warranteed for another year, so hopefully our leaking roof will be permanently fixed. Pros: Jeremy is wanting to keep his customers happy. Excellent painter! Cons: Needs to discuss all fixes with customers- sometimes the more expensive fix is best to save time, money, inconvenience. Needs to contact customers when not on the job as expected or running late.

There was a roof shingle I was hoping they would fix. He said he would come back after I hire them to do a more in-depth job on the roof. I didn't pay any extra. They wanted extra but I didn't hire them to do anything extra. They didn't do what I was hoping them to do.

That was horrible. I ended up having 4 different companies after that initial deal. I had to have 4 different companies who came in and I ended up having a whole new roof. Each time after they had done their work, I had the same problems. They didn't do a thorough check to assess the problem. I ended up with the problem. They didn't analyze the problem and come close to a solution. The price was way too much if you don't get any result at all. They didn't do what should be needed done. They didn't even discover what the problem was. They were right on it. They were factual. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Josh and his team did an excellent job of replacing the vents and shingles that were in desperate need of service. There had been a leak into the bathroom ceiling just below the section of roof they worked on. It rained a few days after the repair and the ceiling still leaked, although not as much as before the repair. We called Josh and he returned a few days later, checked the roof again and decided to replace several more shingles, all at no additional cost. It rained again a few days after the second visit (a real downpour!), and NO LEAK! Josh explained that the roof will likely need to be replaced within the next few years (it's about 25 years old). When it comes time for the replacement, we will definitely contact 1Stop Roofing and Exteriors again!

It was pretty bad. He came out but he didn't do any work. There were no additional fees. He didn't even bother to get on the roof to look at anything until I asked him. He did a "five-minute" thing and said it will be fine. He wasn't going to do anything until I asked him to. I made an appointment and he showed up after a week.

Vendor was punctual and provided service as written on the advertisement. Gentleman was very nice.
