Description of Work: I bought this special because I had an existing leak. The representative arrived on time for our appointment. He provided pictures that showed the problem with my roof ridge and provided an estimate for repairs while deducting the Angie's List bonus for work. We set an appointment for the repair which was completed as described in the estimate (and thankfully before the Great Christmas Flood of 2015).

Description of Work: I got new flashing on my roof, replaced some wood with siding, and had roof vents installed.

Description of Work: The young man who arrived was able to find a slow leak that had us concerned. He took pics with his tablet and was able to show us what was wrong with roof. He fixed the leak. He compared his pics with diagrams from his tablet to show how a roof should be properly built. That little lesson reassured me he had my interest first. When roof repairs are needed in the future, I will call First Stop Roofing.

Description of Work: We had a slight leak where a water stain could be seen in our master bathroom. They came out, assessed and fixed the problem by replacing the pipe jack above that area and all our other pipe jacks as well.

Description of Work: They were to contact me so I could be there when they came. I was notified that the job was completed and there were no issues. I was not contacted so I don't know if they came or not. |Don't know how to rate them. I gave an overall of D due to price but I was not contacted and have no idea if they came or provided the services. I don't remember the date or cost.

Description of Work: They came out to repair a vent that had come loose. Did a great job of nailing it back down and calking around it. Would use them again as this is my second time to use them.

They were courteous, professional, and explained what they were doing and why it was needed. I will use again and recommend to others.

Description of Work: They havent done any work yet, I just have an estimate from them. But from my inintial impression the guy was very professional and knowledgeable and I feel Comfortable and confident in going with 1STOP ROOFING AND EXTERIORS.

Description of Work: It went well, he got lost because I didn't give precise directions and it's easy to do. When we got on the roof he showed me what he was looking for and that the roof was truly in a good state. I used them for another property and he showed where the roof was in need of repair and priced it for me. I'm going to get more quotes on it but they are definitely at the top of my list.
