Jeremy of 1Stop Roofing and Exteriors was quick to get the repairs done. I told him time was crucial and he responded quickly professionally with the repairs.

Super effort from beginning. Jeremy S was prompt to provide estimate within 2 days of calling. He thoroughly examined areas of concern, both from roof top and within attic spaces. Estimate was thorough and very competitive, beating out two other estimates we had received. Jeremy volunteered to return and inspected roof with our insurance adjuster to coordinate any possible co-insurance effort (did not pan out). Work was then performed promptly when weather permitted (awaiting warm up during early Feb) and work was completed in less than one day. Clean up was superb, have not found any nails or debris in yard. Team brought multiple samples of shingles in effort to best match new shingle to existing 10 year old roof. Three weeks and two rain falls later have not seen any evidence of a leak.

This was an emergency for my family because rain was expected on the following day and 1Stop Roofing came out immediately and took care of my roof all within a couple of hours. They were outstanding!

Jeremy returned my call quickly, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. He assessed the situation quickly and provided an estimate within 24 hours. We scheduled a return appointment for the work to be performed within a week. Jeremy and his crew arrived on time, completed the work as agreed, and removed all debris from the area.

A neighbor notified me of the loss of one of my roof vents so I left an email message from the website due to the lateness of the evening. The next morning at work, I had a response of an estimate and ability to fix or replace my vent that day. Soon after I verified that I wanted the work done, a worker was at my home assessing the damage and cost of replacement. After getting another explanation of the work to be done, I reverified and the work was quickly done. I used Angie's List for the initial referral and I am happy to give this company my hearty recommendation. Jeff

I called several contractors out to give me an estimate on replacing a hail damaged roof and one side of the house had damaged siding. All the contractors except 1stop wanted to see the insurance adjusters estimate first. The others wanted to see how much money the insurance was giving instead of giving me so they could estimate the full claim I was getting. 1stop never asked, they simply climbed on the roof and started adding up the damage. Their estimate was a few hundred lower than everyone else s. The preformed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up my yard afterwards. Very satisfied with the work. The only negative experience I had was they dumpster company they used. They were supposed to drop the dumpster on the drive. Instead they placed it in the yard. When they dropped I was ok with it, they did not mess up the yard. How ever when they picked it up, about 3 inches of rain had fell that morning. The truck driver drove straight through the yard. HUGE RUTS!! From dealing with contractors in the past I was expecting the worse and had already spoken to my lawyer. TO my surprise and enjoyment 1stop jumped on it and handled the situation perfectly. No problems they were on it, and fixed with ZERO hassle. I would definitely hire them again, great company no doubt

They provided very good communication with me throughout the process -- both by phone and by email. They always came when they were scheduled to come, or called me to explain any delays (which were not many). They were very professional and courteous. The work was done well. I would use them again, and have no reservation in recommending them to others.

I work in the real estate market and I had a house that needed updating on the exterior before going to market.1 Stop Roofing and Exteriors was probably one of the easiest contractors I have ever worked with. They meet with my customer went over selection and completed the job within a week of contacting them. Job looked great no trash left and always kept my customer informed of every detail of the project from start to finish. Could not see myself contacting any other contractor after this experience. The person that 1 Stop Roofing & Exteriors sent over to check the roof told us exactly what we needed for the situation. He was conscientious on the pricing. He gave us a rebate without asking. We were a little short on money at the time, and he was able to work out the difference for us. He really bent over backwards to make sure we had a good job done. Where do I begin? From the initial telephone conversation to the completion of work. This was truly an extremely pleasant experience. I?m absolutely ?tickled? with the outcome of my new lifetime roof. The construction team arrived on a Monday and completed on the same Monday. The workers were careful of all my shrubs by protecting them with a tarp. They were even protective of my new cloth awning. They cleaned up so well, if I didn?t see them working I would have sworn they didn?t come. The roof is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot say anything negative with my experience with this roofer. The best part, you were reasonably priced.

I have to say this is one of the best companies I've worked with in a very long time. The workers were here on time when they said they would be here and they were all very professional. They were very clean, didn't leave trash in my yard. My new roof looks amazing and they were able to work with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about that. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and I might be calling them again for some Siding work.

I am going to try and sell my house next year and I needed to replace my siding. I called 1 Stop and they were able to come out and take care of it with no problems. It looks great and they finished it pretty quick. They also gave me a free estimate on my roof which I also plan to get replaced soon.
