Our roof started leaking after heavy December rains. Of the two estimates we had, 1Stop Roofing offered a much more reasonable quote, and also advised us to call our insurance because they thought it was an insurable claim (the other company was willing to let us foot the bill without making any such suggestion). Our insurance adjuster agreed, and cut us a check which was closer to this estimate (suggesting that our first estimate was indeed probably over-priced). Josh returned to confirm the shingle choice and provide answers to any remaining questions. We were especially pleased to learn their expectations for payment would not require us to hand over the full cost at the time of service, which would have required loans or credit card usage until the insurance paid us. That was a huge relief, and was very generous of them. That's the way to make the customer happy! 1Stop arranged the work very quickly, and were instantly responsive to our calls and emails, and arrived exactly as scheduled, on time. Work was completed in one day, and cleanup was thorough. We have not found any roofing nails left behind on the driveway or walk, the bricks and tarp I had placed on the roof myself were neatly taken down and set out for us to put away, and everything looks terrific! We've had several heavy rains since the service, with no evidence of leaks. 1Stop has followed up with us to provide all the paperwork we need to finish up with the insurance company. Everyone we dealt with, from the person who took our first phone call, to Josh who was our main point of contact, and the roofers themselves, all were pleasant, trustworthy, competent, careful, and considerate. While we don't expect to have any more roofing needs for the foreseeable future, if damages occurred and we needed it, we'd go right back to 1Stop Roofing. We'll definitely consider them for other exterior work we may need in the future, and will recommend them to friends seeking roof repairs.

Emailed the company and asked them to send someone out to conduct an estimate. They scheduled me for the next day and was quick in their response. A gentleman named Josh came to my home to assess the damage and provide an estimate. He quickly did that and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I received a digital quote from him later that same day. As I was getting multiple quotes from other companies, I decided to go with another company strictly on price. However, 1Stop Roofing seems to me to be very professional, punctual, and prompt. I wanted to give them kudos for that even though I didn't go with them in the end.

Arrived on time, inspected the roof and looked into problem with chimney flashing. Told me what was going on with my roof, said roof generally good shape, didn't try to sell me expensive repairs. Caulked the area that needed caulking and said should get roof inspected every two years. I am completely satisfied, and would hire them again.

PERFECT! When I called 1Stop Roofing this morning, I never dreamed I would find a company who could come out today; that just doesn't happen. Well it did with Jeremy at 1Stop! Not only did they show up on time, they were professional, courteous, and personable. They replaced shingles that were blown off overnight, which means we won't have leaks tomorrow when it's supposed to rain again. We are thrilled with 1Stop Roofing & Exteriors!

After doing the measurement of my chimney the first cap was a tad to small and they had to make another one. They could've used it but they wanted it to be right. I appreciated that to.

Updated following inspection after the weather cleared: Work was done promptly, quickly. They did a good job in cleaning up any remaining debris after the job was complete. However, I have found numerous roofing nails >50 in the driveway. Just waiting for a flat tire..... Their price quote for installing the patio access door was almost double competing offers I received. The door was installed warped such that it wont close properly and the trim around the door was incomplete such that small animals can come and go from the enclosed patio. I will have to complete the job myself. Other than the warped installation, the door was what I wanted. The patio cover withstood several days of torrential rains we had shortly after the job was complete and appears to be water-tight. Unfortunately, they removed the existing powered attic ventilation fan and did not replace it. There are just loose hot live wires dangling from the patio ceiling. Installing, a new roof ventilation fan is another part of the job that I will have to do myself. The roof of the home addition appears to have been installed well and so far seems leak proof. I don't know what happened while they were up on the roof as there was non-trivial sheetrock cracking on the ceiling inside of the building. I hope that was just a side effect of having roofers nailing on roof support beams. I can fix this myself. I pay good money for contractors to do a complete job so I won't have to take time off of work and do it myself. Once again, I have a job that, while 90% was completed satisfactorily, I have to go in myself and complete the job and repair their errors and omissions. With many many years of home ownership behind me, I can't think of a single job that i didn't have to finish myself.

Came and gave me an estimate the same day I called, did the work the next day in half the time I expected.

Josh and his crew were very professional in planning and executing the job. Josh worked with me on initial plan, he pointed out problems that he could've easily hidden instead along the way, and his crew fixed everything as promised. His painting crew (led by Victor) also did an exceptional job of prep and painting. They obviously cared about the quality of their work.

After a delay caused by the weather the roof was repaired and new cricket roof to fix the original problem. The work was done professionally and only time and weather will tell if problem was resolved.

This company is very professional, prompt and responsive! Jeremy and Josh helped us choose our new shingles and scheduled the work to begin at our convenience. The crew showed up on the day they were scheduled and the job was completed on time. Each day after work, the lawn was cleaned up and at the end of the job, all materials were in their provided dumpster and removed. Our lawn, driveway and flower beds were left spotless. Our neighbors saw our roof and had the company come out, give an estimate, and install a new roof on their home a week later. Theirs is just as nice as ours. It is not often you can find a company that shows up when they say they will and finishes a job on time and does it well. We have had numerous compliments on our roof, it did change the look of our home for the better. I would recommend 1st Stop Roofing and Exteriors to anyone who needs a new roof. Their estimate was right in line with what we expected to pay for all the work that had to be done to make sure our new roof would look great for years to come.

They were prompt and professional. The roof was thoroughly inspected and any suspect areas were taken care of. They even repaired some loose siding that I was unaware of, and that wasn't really part of what they said they would do. Overall very satisfied with them.

The estimator was very punctual and did not fall off the roof which we really appreciated. The work was estimated quickly and pictures of the before and after of the roof area were provided which we appreciated because the only way to see this would have been from a helicopter (I don't do roofs). The work was performed as promised and for the agreed to price. After two days of heavy rain I am happy to be able to report the area where we noticed the leak is bone dry.

This company very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. Their arrival was prompt. Given the amount of work/repair required, cost very reasonable. They responded to our concerns of a leak that was discovered not due to actual roof issues but due to another source. Workers located and repaired it within a few days after contacting this company. They will be our go to company for any future roofing issues or replacement.

It turned out pretty well. The guy gave me some honest feedback with what was up with our roof and he gave us recommendations on how long the lifespan of the roof was.We had a couple nails that came loose from the base of the roof so he resealed those and gave us an analysis of the roof at large. I didn't spend anything extra. There wasn't anything I disliked. I like that when they showed up they identified themselves and he gave me honest feedback and didn't try to sell me anything.

Josh came by at the designated show time and was very courteous and professional. He looked at the inside dark spot on the ceiling and knew right away what the problem was. He explained it very well and went outside and on the roof to confirm this. After looking at the whole house and seeing which way the weather hits my house it all made sense. He quoted me a price after a little negotiating we agreed on the terms and the price and set an appointment date. The crew showed up on time and completed the job that day. Great job!

Service provider arrived on time as scheduled. Evaluated the specific area where the leak was identified and provided a detail explanation on how the leak was occuring and recommendation to correct the problem. He provided photographs to show where and how my clogged gutters were contributing to water getting inside my outerwall and interior walls. Service provider also shared several DIY recommendations on how to better maintain my gutters. Overall great service and a reasonable cost.

Jeremy and team we spot on, punctual, and thorough. replaced the roof and corrected problems that would have lead to serious issues. I highly recommend 1stop!

Jeremy called and set up a time to look at my roof. He determined there was wind damage and suggested I talk to my insurance agent. The day the adjuster came out, Jeremy met with him and went over the damage. We set a date for the work to be done and Jeremy's crew showed up promptly on that day. There were a lot of repairs and they did an excellent job. The roof and interior were finished in one day as the painters agreed to work a little late to finish. I would recommend 1-Stop and Jeremy to everyone. They are courteous and completely professional.

The company is very nice and professional. The technician even called me 20 minutes before the appointment and said he would be 10 minutes late. Performed the inspection and quoted me on replacing my roof dryer vent that had been leaking. The quote was ridiculous. It was over $300 after my $100 repair credit. Called Clear Choice Roofing. They quoted me $250 and told me they were high and they referred me to a guy who they work with and said he should be able to do it cheaper. I wouldn't hire them again because the are really expensive. If money isn't a factor, then they really seem like a nice company.

1Stop did an excellent job. They were prompt and did an excellent job. They answered all questions and concerns. Not only do I have a beautiful roof but I know I have a quality room. They have a great warranty! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Within 24 hours after asking for a estimate, I was contacted by the installer and they made an appointment to inspect the roofing on both my home and detached garage. They emailed me an invoice detailing the price and what it covered. Today they arrived on time and completed both within the first day. They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind for me to clean up afterwards. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work they did and how it looks. They did not pressure me into using them or into something that I did not want. They were very professional and not only will I would use them again, I highly recommend 1 Stop Roofing for your roofing needs.
